    I noticed big time that my traps are dose dependent in cycle. 250mg a week traps are much smaller than a gram.

    Don't tell me that lol I have large traps in general so I'm hoping 250 will help or I may have to cruise a little higher. What's a good recommended cruise dose bro?

  4. Dude, my low back and hams are so tight, I can barely put on my shoes. My squat PR the other day really did a number on my lumbar. Is this what you feel like after your surgery? It sucks

    I cruise between 300-600 now. Around 450 is were I feel the best and the most "normal" like as if I wasnt on test. I hold gains very well at 450 any lower and I seem to lose strength and some weight. But I am way over what my body is naturally intended to carry.

    Mine was more than tight lol As soon as I went down I felt the rupture instantly and stupid me repped it out because ppl were watching and barely made it over to the wife and said lets go Im done haha Becareful for sure on those heavy squats they will **** you up. I cringe when I see ppl squat now and it use to be my fave Hope you get to feeling better. And congrats on the PR bro.

    I may see how 250 does and if I loose a lot of size or strength I will up it. Im starting to feel the weights getting light and Im totally growing now. I weighed in at 238.2 today and now Im going to start punishing the food and start making them gains

    Weight 238.2 lbs +18.2

    Its starting to get crazy. I still have yet to feel the test kick in full throttle and the strength is going crazy. Everyone is watching me and commenting on my size. I love it haha! Im half way through week 5 and 10 more weeks to go, Im thinking im going to be the biggest guy in my gym when this is all over. Taking no prisoners baby. I crushed my back today on several lifts Iwas able to use the whole stack of cable weights, didn't exspect that so fast. Anyway sorry for bragging I just never thought I would overcome my back injury.

    155x10
    185x10
    185x10

    WG pull downs:
    230x12
    250x10
    290x12 this was easy and just 2 weeks ago 230 was difficult haha

    cg cable rows:
    130x10
    150x10
    150x10
    190x5 I actualy tried this the 3rd set but it was too much so I pumped out the 150 x10

    db row:
    80x10
    100x10
    100x10 The first week I started this cycle 60lbers were hurting my back, NO PAIN TODAY!

    WG pull ups:
    BWx10
    BWx10
    BWx10 First week on cycle I did 3 sets of 4 lol and Im 18 lbs heavier now

    I also did some single arm back rows with the cable mach but I havnt a clute how much weight I did. I may start writing **** down as I start to do more weight and excercises. Tomorrow I will smash my legs and am actualy looking forward to it since I know now I can punish the leg press again haha

  8. CSA2179 mentioned he cruises at 300mg, but it's UGL keep in mind so if you have pharm grade you could prob get by with less for the same effect. We had a convo where he mentioned another guy on here cruising on 100mg & 200mg of Tren Hex....now that'd be interesting! I'm seeing this chick right now that's in amateur MMA, & she has a coach that I believe cruises Tren as well.

    I use UGL. I don't know what I will cruise at I may just start 250 mg and jump it up to 400. I havnt yet tried tren but plan on it my next blast I think I will just cruise using test lol Im not man enough to cruise with tren haha

    Whoa. I don't really know what rupturing a disc entails but it sounds like Satan pissing fire up your pee hole.
    Anyhow, it takes giant coglioni to get back at it. So many people would take a victim standpoint and quit forever. I hate the gd victim mentality! You're a champion Rider.

    I appreciate the kind words Brother! The ruptured disc was realy painful, ate pain pills like they were skittles for four months. Other than that I lifted while having the pain for awhile then I had to get something done, just glad I did have surgery best thing I ever did.

    hope i don't have to follow that route, I have degenerative disk disease in L4,L5 and S1. I just stay away from heavy deads and don't squat at all anymore.

    Lol. I love that shyt. Dudes be curling weights every damn time I walk in there. I don't think I've even done a real direct work arm day in about 3 months. My totals are 1400-1500 but you won't catch me doing a bicep curl to save my life

  21. Dood your changes are REALLY obvious; no way could people not be like wth is he on lol....you blew up good man, with only more changes coming down the pipe! You're demolishing this comeback; keep going hard but continue to give that back a profound respect - plenty of lighter weight leg/back & good abdominal work is gonna lay that foundation of new supporting core muscles to help keep stress off your injury for the long haul.

    cruise at whatever would be a high natural production number is that doesnt effect lipids cholesterol and blood pressure. you could probably start at 100mg or so a week and work your way up.

  23. So are you saying cruise is just whatever you find your body seems to be tolerating without bp & lipids rising? If so, you just get lipids done every couple months while you're trying to establish this?

    Exactly. Unless you absolutely know you can go pro why run high doses year round and create more risk at organ failure and diseases linked to aas. We're all amature body builders. Health should be #1 priority.

    Thanks Brother! I had to go back and look after u said that and was deff shocked. I'm trying to become a bad ass for sure, have to give my surgain a lot of props too haha I'm wanting a lot more so we shall see what's to come

    Thanks Bro! Yeah its super obvious and then too top it off I've been having a lot of rage durring my workouts haha I love getting myself pumped up lol

    I am continuing to watch what I do, no squats for sure and leg press #'s are climbing fast, should be pushing well over 1200 by end of this blast Yeah Buddy!

    I think I will just stay at 750 lmao Jk I will start out at 250mg and get blood work don't after about 4 weeks to see how that is working for me, I may up it though as I want to grow like a mother ****er haha
