    nah I'm just doing 6 weeks to sick arms again, if you google it should be the first link from bodybuilding dot com by Dr. Jim; for my sarms run I'll be using this and by the time I start PCT, I'm gonna go back to my normal 2 on 2 off heavy. Then when I pre-load for my cycle, I'll be doing a different routine then ultimately switching off an on between upper/lower body and incorporating bits and pieces of two programs.

    I'm also doing this fasting protocol that I'm contemplating about dropping, because although I'm good at going a long time without food, insane workouts and doing other things without eating, meaahh I dunno; going from 6-7 meals a day to almost 1-2 with a few snacks here and there, minus a good amount of carbs, eehhh hahah I'm jus saying. But of course, cycle time I'll be stepping it up just a bit, but I don't think I'ma go too crazy again, fck around and gain 40 lbs in less than 4 months. I suppose that was just for winter, but since summer is coming up, trying to get a bit more ripped, but still put on as much as I can.

  3. Decided to play it a bit safe today and plan on working out legs tomorrow afternoon; it works well for some, but my body doesn't like a leg/back workout day after each other. I had some soup, new england claim chowder with a couple of slices of whole wheat bread. I'll have a protein/fiber bar and some whole grain cheerios before passing out and surprisingly I'm not as moody as before, I mean yeah this protocol still kinda sucks, but it is what it is.

    Also, I plan on running this for 6 weeks, so three weeks after this then I'll be pre-loading! I'm looking into several things, but just not sure yet. I saw someone wanted to run epi+sd+trenazone, which caught my attention and of course I'ma figure out a few things with that. Or maybe beast with stano; the main thing always on my mind is libido, so that's the number one thing I'll consult with and although I still have transderm (prob another use of it), I might get something on top of that and a ish load during pct.

Dosed up and waiting another 20 or so to the gym a bit earlier and work on my legs; this I do have a normal routine for [nothing special, but works for me], but will change after my sarms run and mini PCT. Although I'm putting a pounding on my arms, there is no way I plan on taking it any easier with me tree trunks. I dunno if I'll have enough time to post everything after my workout, but later tonight, I'll throw a few things up.

  7. Standard leg day; same workout as posted not too long ago, however, my weights increased by 10lbs at the same amount of reps per exercise. Could I go a bit heavier, absolutely, I just took it easy because working back and legs even 3 days apart sometimes, can cause a bit of trouble in my lower back.

    Afterwards, waited a bit of time, had a bit of cereal before going out to dinner. We went to a steakhouse, I had caesar salad and a pretty big cheeseburger, fries; I'll count that as my cheat meal for the week. Since I put that good amount of carbs/calories in, I'll be hitting tri's/bi's tomorrow heavy. Even fasting a great amount of the time, I'm managing to keep it all together and my flip out button hasn't been touched fortunately and it feels like the finger is backing away from the red button. I know it's not from the sarms, but from my natural aggression and my body feinin' food hahah.

  9. Unfortunately I missed the gym today; I had to help my girl with several things and then take care of a few issues myself. I've been doing a decent amount of research and I'm ready to try something new here. A new company called Venom Gate; I will be trying their test/tren transdermal and I will be throwing in epi into the mix. I know I will need a lot more, but before I wrote my final plan I'm gonna work on a few things to make sure I'm fully covered; who knows, if the new sarms comes out soon too Ill throw that in there as well.

  10. Dosing up and about to mix up my pwo soon, gonna hit tri's/bi's today, much like the first day and I'll make the outline when I get back. Just finally completed the first order of my new cycle. Got some tremendous help from Tyga & Gator, shouts out to them for helping me not only finding these products but setting up a mean outline that I'm hella looking forward to.

    Depending on how it treats me throughout the cycle, I'll be able to determine how long I'm gonna stretch these bad boys out.

    Test/Tren transdermal: 1.5mg for 8 weeks (if 4-6weeks halfway I wanna go more, I'll extend to 12 weeks; but he said 1.5ml ed is gonna be nice and should see some drastic changes)

    Epi (kicker) 1-4 @ 40mg -50mg
    Winny Transdermal: last four weeks at 50mg

    Of course I will have a good amount on hand: diff peps, supps, ancillaries, multis, protection and assist; I'm speaking around the past few hours and on top of things I'll pick up, a couple of friends are gonna hook it up with a couple peps they have on hand. I'll fully write everything out when that time comes as on here, before I decide on making a new thread or not.

  11. I'm also considering dropping back down to 75 throughout; I'm really liking the results, but the adjustment is becoming an issue again. Especially if I'm laying out in the sun for like 45mins to an 1, come back inside to grab a drink and wow, sometimes I just stop in my tracks and look around like a retarded deer; neck all hunched up, slowing moving left and right hahaha had to make fun of myself on that too; because it's getting to that point.

    Oddly enough, do not have any night issues at all; I can see and drive fine, I mean it would suck if I got high beamed for longer than a few secs; but that hasn't happened and doubtfully will. But my endurance has increased quite a bit, I know I'm not doing any crazy cardio, but still feels pretty damn good. Gonna wait just a bit more for everything to kick in before I head out; very excited about what I have planned coming up and I trust it's gonna treat me a lot better than my first stack.

    Nah, it's a bad habit of wanting to top my last or go big the first time; however, with whatever I do, I make sure that I get the best advice I can, research as much as possible and make sure that I'm fully protected. It looks like mixed reviews for all of them and Epi, but lemme know what ya think and one of them is 15mg, so if I went with that could I do 30/45/45/45, I hear hitting 60mg for some is not good at all, but lemme know which one ya like and I'll pick that up.     Just took a look and their sold out on havoc, although I can find RPN Havoc on amazon, I might just pull that, it looks like it's from a legit place with a lot of great reviews. I'm still deciding on whether to add unleashed/forged pct, not sure which one but I already have a good amount.   21. wow between hitting wrong buttons and reading and getting frustrated at my computer and waiting on hold for customer service; I finally got everything together, as well as getting things from my friends.

    Depending on when everything comes in, I might cut sarms even earlier and run either a 2/3 week pct; based on the eta of these products.

  23. My ADD is kicking into overdrive and it seems like I can't get my w/o in; so I'll just sum it up, because I'm sending out PM's and reading other things as well. It was pretty the same tri/bi as the one from two workouts ago; the 10-12 range, with dropsets and negatives. My weights just about stayed the same, if anything my machine bicep cable curl and tri pushdowns are going up and I'm steadying my close grip bench press; if there's no spotter around, I won't go higher than what I know I can do and hold for 2-3 seconds.

    Still feeling pretty good despite fasting, carb cutting a lot; my goal is going ahead and I'm dropping just a small bit of weight, which is fine as long as I can drop a few BF points too before I hit this crazy cycle and really dry up, get veiny etc, etc. I'll be happy with a visible 6, but my main goal is to get the 8er rippin and puttin on as much size as I can; so I'll play it by ear and adjust accordingly to goals and expectations.

  24. very hectic day that started 7am and ended about an hour ago; running around not only for business and had to handle things, but taking care of other people as well. Had to miss the gym, but did make it up with a lot of cardio. The customer service and expectations of Venom has been pretty good so far, I got an email confirmation late last night that my package shipped express, should be here Monday-Tuesday and I'll be very much looking forward to starting all of that in a few weeks. Also gotta wait for the other supps; since I ordered them from diff sites and outlets of amazon; hopefully, it won't be longer than a week or so for everything to get here and maybe I'll cut sarms to 5/6 weeks, mini pct 2/3 weeks and all that together with the time off before my sarms run, I have waited long enough to begin my next cycle.

    on the other hand with the sarms, I'm gonna give it 2-3 more days to decide whether I'ma drop it back down to 75mg, because now when I drive and the sun is constantly glaring at mt eyes at times it can be a bit much. However, I've been driving around in the dark for the past few hours and didn't have a problem at all; even people with xenon lights, didn't bother that bad compared to day light in around and past noon time. Even though I dropped a few pounds, a friend I haven't seen in awhile said to me that it doesn't look like that I've lost weight this past 4 months when funny enough I've dropped 15 and plan on dropping a bit more and lower BF. Also, I'm starting to retire a couple more shirts, which on a sarms cycle is great enough, but it sucks because I know after the next couple of months I'm gonna need a lot of new clothes, but ay fck it'll be worth it.

  25. weight is still the same sitting around mid 180's and I'ma try to drop down a bit more, osta is helping keep the mass even on days where I eat one/two meals, I still get a great pump and that S4 helps out with muscle hardness, today is the last day of week 4 and things have been going very well.

    Just going to do a bit of cardio today and I expect for most of the things to start arriving soon and once I get one or two of my post cycle supports, I'll begin my mini pct (forma, daa, post cycle support). I plan on pre-loading 2 weeks of MT/HB and I will also throw in forged liver support the last week (since that's how many pills I have left). During my cycle and standard pct, as listed I will have a ton of protection for liver, heart and other essential organs.
