Question about use of HCG

Third cycle. This one test e/anavar (12wks/6wks). My last cycle, I took a solid three/four months to recover my libido and my GF hated me. Im ready to cross over to the HCG side. I just am hearing conflicting things about how to use HCG. Am I supposed to use it at end of my cycle up until PCT or am I supposd to take it only during PCT or only cycle. I plan on running thest e wks 1-12, anavar weeks 9-14, then i planned on my PCT as clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/20/20/20. How do I implement HCG?! How would you dose?! Please let me know thanks!

start hcg week 7-12 at 500 ius week then blast it week 13 and 14 at 1000 ius week...
