Legs: had a excellent workout tonight. So for those who have not followed my logs before legs have always been my weak spot. A year ago these #s where half of what they are so I'm on my way.
I'm driving to the gym and I'm stopped at a red light. Grab my phone to check this thread and what do I see? Tyga sets a PR for squats! I watch the video and start yelling in my truck as I see him kill it! At this moment I knew this was going to be a good one. I do my Abs and run over to start legs. I need to thank tyga cause he motivated me to hit 2 PR'S !!! Thanks bro!
Supplement note: I noticed today that my appetite was up. Besides that nothing yet

Hack squat: 405x12, 455x10, 495x8 PR!!
Leg curls: 115x14, 130x12, 130x10
Leg extension: 115x16, 130x14, 165x10, 115x12
Donkey calf: 160x14, 180x12, 220x12
Also did some hip abductions
Elliptical : 16mins, level9, 1.75 miles
Legs were cooked had to stop!! Lol
