    Started with back today, I'm so mentally pumped about doing this log that it showed in my workout.. I felt great just wait until the P-bold kicks in.. Nothing to report on the P-bold just too soon.

    Ball Crunches/ 14 lbs medicine ball: 4 x35
    Seated crunch machine: 80lbs 4x25
    Standing side bends: 2 sets of 25 each side with 45 lbs. plate
    Roman chair: 25lbs. 3 sets
    Flat beanch leg raises: 3 sets till fail

    Back:
    Dumb bell rows: 90x14, 100x12, 110x10
    Cable wide grip pulldowns: 160x14, 180x12, 180x12
    Close grip BB bent over rows: 135x14, 135x14, 155x10
    one arm Iso low rows: 135(each side) x 12, 160x12, 180x10
    Seated machine rows(reverse grip): 145x16, 165x14, 165x14
    Iso lat pull down reverse grip: 90(each side) x14, 90x12, 90x12
    Hyper extensions: 25lbs x 3 sets till fail

    Traps:
    DB shrugs: 85x16, 90x14, 90x14
    Smith machine behind back shrugs: 185 x 3 sets till fail
    Smith machine front shrugs: 185 x 3 sets till fail

    Cardio:
    Elliptical: 20mins, level 9, 2.2 miles
