I hit the ol wheels tonight, and set another PR tonight.
Squats- 300x3 for two sets! Straight beastly lol
Leg press- 380x15
Seated leg curl-150x12
Obviously i hit quite a few sets not a single set just for the exercises. I did wear a belt while squating this time.. wish i would have got a stinkin video of them! Wednesday is my last day of sd, and ill load my first five days with 120mg then drop to 60mg for the next four weeks.
Although i could have put on the weight without the superdrol (6-7lbs) in the four weeks ive been on, the strength has went through the roof. Now, before anyone starts bumpin their gums about how i shouldnt have even cycled, know that i ate a surplus anywhere between +300-500 cals. So, close to 3100 cals. Ive laid my diet out for all to see as well.
Sd @20mg = strength gains/minimal weight gain
Sd @30mg = strength gains/maximum weight gain 12-15lbs +/- a few lbs.
Anyways, i cant wait to come off. Put the test powder, powerfull to the test! Also, 50mg mk 677 first thing in the am.
