Legs: I'm going to call this workout a marathon!! This was my leg day but as you know I missed the last 3 days so I had to make up for it. Got to the gym 30 mins early so I knew I would have extra time, after legs I looked at the clock and said Fugg it I'm hitting some Shoulders & Tri's as well.. I felt awsome the entire time, I had energy for days just kept going and going. Shirts are starting to get tight and I can see my whole body gettin wider!! I set a PR that was huge for me so I'm really pumped about it, look out gym here I come!!!
