Squatting for a true triple is brutal, its the perfect combo of really heavy weight but without the luxury of just banging out a single squat. 3RM is tougher for me than 5 or even a 1RM.

Didnt make it to the gym today. Missouri got a beating from snow today! I did try to go into the gym, but, my car got high centered on snow lol had to get it pulled out ... oops.
Tomorrow ill have to hit a full body workout.

If all go as plans, ill be taking my triptorelin shot around 4 oclock (after work, before the gym)

Chest and Bi's: I know I've been MIA the last week but it's tax season and the next month is going to be rough. I have to say that DMZ is going down as my favorite PH so far.. I'm almost 4 weeks in up 8lbs and currently the biggest I've ever been! Strength is through the roof and I'm feeling really ALPHA right now!!! I last couple of days my knees, hips and shoulder are strating to hurt. I know it's from the heavy lifts and over training but I just can't help it I feel like a machine!! The pumps have come on so strong that they have become painfull!! I had to stop cardio short cause my body was on fire!! I checked my DMZ stash and I have about 5 days left in the first bottle. My original plan was to run this 8 weeks but my results have been so good I don't think I need it, also not sure if my joints can keep up with it? Can't wait to get some new pic's up for you guys.

I've been out of this awhile but damn looking solid.
Good call on cutting it short caz. Eventually you will hit the point of diminishing returns anyways so if your body is telling you to give it a break you better listen. Don't want to end up like me!

*side note my trip didnt come in, and i did go into the gym today! Super sets, giant sets, negatives.. you name it i probably did it lol full body workout had me balloned up like crazy. Might have do to what caz does and hit a full body once a month or every other month.

Today was hectic as all get out. Wedding went great, she showed up and said i do so it worked out lol
Got my triptorelin in today, mixed .5mL sterile water with the 100mcg and injected that sub q. Heres some things that i noticed, some more pronounced then others:
-stung like a bish
-literally 1min after injection, got light headed/nauseous.
-cold sweats for 5 mins or so
-dull headache all night
-appetite went straight through the roof
-balls are hanging lower
*giving you all the chance right now to stop reading, im goin to give a little detail here on what just happend lol
-busted thee most serious nut, i really want to correlate that with the trip because, we've had sex before when i was on torem and everything else and it definitely wasnt comparable lol volume was wayyyy up to

Off: I took 2 days off since my joints have been hurting bad! I feel much better today and hopefully with hit the gym today when my little guys take a nap this afternoon.
