    Did bang out chest and bis this morning, with 10mg sd coursing through my veins.

    Db incline bench (90 sec rest)
    50x10 60x10 70x8 75x8
    Flat bench (60 sec rest)
    135x6 185x6 205x5 210x5
    Db incline press into fly (60 sec rest)
    40x10x3
    Decline bench (45 sec rest)
    185x4x3
    Bb curl (60 sec rest) (weight only)
    10x10 20x10x3
    High cable curl (45 sec rest)
    30x10 40x10x2
    Hammer curl
    20x15x2

    Today was decent. Took 2g creatron with my preworkout cocktail.. 1 scoop nitraflex, 25g kwick karb and 5g leucine.

    Got all the junk eating out of my system this past weekend, so for the next six to eight weeks expect greatness!

    I didnt mention this in my original post, but; i do A LOT of foam rolling (this was just recent, noticed effects already) and get adjusted pretty regularly. I roll out every night, every muscle and will focus on the muscle group im working the next day for a couple mins as well.

    Also, a majority of my kcals come from fats and brotein, carbs are kept pretty low (150-200g)

    Thought I'd share my new post workout shake. It has 40 grams protein and tastes unreal.

    1 scoop protein, 1 chobani vanilla non fat yogurt
    6 frozen strawberries, 4 oz water, 4 oz skim milk
