Strong Incline man. Thats one of the exercises that I have missed most with these shoulders.

Have you run Dzine before? Just want to see if you can distinguish the effects pbold is having since I am interested in running it at some point. Keep up the good work.

    Db incline (90 sec rest)
    40x12 50x12 55x12x2
    Flat bench (60 sec rest)
135x12 155x12 165x12 continous drop set from 155lb down to 95lb for 40 total reps
    Pec deck
    90x12x4
    Cable fly
    30x12x4

Elbow was causing so much discomfort i should of just not lifted.. but i drank that rediculous preworkout and didnt want to "waste" it. Even though it was junk and tasted like fruit punch hotdog water.

    So to sum it up
    1) crappy pre workout with crappy flavored flavor
    2) bummy elbow
    3) piss poor workout

Will hit legs tomorrow.. and possibly arms since i missed tricep on back day and bicep with my chest day yestarday. Elbow willing...
Sorry to hear about your grandfather man best of luck.

As for your elbows, A lot of the shirted benchers in my gym (myself included) had struggled with some bad elbow issues. The best the to do is really work out the tightness in your triceps near the tie ins to loosen things up. Before doing any pressing, go do some sets of 30 on some form of tricep extensions/pushdowns to get some blood in the area. Biofreeze applied before and help them warm up a bit quicker as well. Rest and ice are key. Best of luck with that man.

Also, Achilles and Joint Force work wonders for me, especially on elbows

    Day 20:

Off: This you will not see happen much.. It's very rare for me to take 3 days off so tonight I will put in some overtime at the gym. I'm getting sick of having my nipples itch on and off all day so P-Bold is out!! I have to say that it did not produce much at all, so the rest of the run will be SDMZ only. I'm one week in and not lifting in 3 days my arms still feel full this is going to be a good week..

Thanks Bro it's slowly starting to come together.. P-bold is now out not liking the sides I was getting with no real gains. As for DMZ this is my first run and 1 week in I can feel that all day pump coming on so it's starting.. I plan on going 8 weeks total if the sides stay low so keep following ..

Went and hit legs tonight.. didnt go to well. On the third set of front squats my right knee started hurting. Thats the knee i had ACL/MCL and miniscus surgery on. So i had no order of exercises tonight.. but i did stick to my hypertrophy work.

    Front squats (90 sec rest)
    Barx12 115x12 135x12 155x10 (knee pain)
    Leg press (90 sec rest)
    200x15 290x18x4
    Glute bridges (60 sec rest)
    115x12x4
    Leg ext (60 sec rest)
    70x12x4
    Lying leg curl
    30x12x4

Did some ab work as well.

Ill post my diet up for today in a little bit..

    Keep it krispy fellas!
    God bless

Check out Formutech Flexible. 2 caps twice a day took care of all my knee hip and knuckle pain. You'll get 2 months out of a bottle at that dose making it like $14 per month. Totally worth it

Today was an awesome day. First, it was my favorite day to workout; back and triceps. I was so pumped to workout because my elbow is recovered and im able to push it to the limit again!

    Wide chins (30 sec rest)
    12, 12, 12, 12
T Bar row (90 sec rest)
    90x10 135x8 145x8 145x7
    Face pulls (45 sec rest)
    90x12 110x8 130x8x2
Reverse close grip pulldown (90 sec rest)
    110x7 130x7 145x7 150x7
V bar tri ext (90 sec rest)
    100x15 110x15 125x15 125x13
Reverse grip bench (90 sec rest)
    115x10 135x10 155x10 175x10
    Db kicks
    10x10x2

The pump i had was pretty freakin intense, and the workout lasted a little over an hour. But, i was psyched to workout because the last couple days i was "injured" and ate like poop. So, like my man caz i had to do some damage control with weights.

I counted my superdrol, and next wednesday will be my last day "on" .. sad day. Man, i wish i could stay on lol

    Post workout meal-
    10oz long grain white rice
    8oz shredded chicken breast
    45g balsamic vinegarette

late but def in till the end and damn, very detailed and intense log as usual! Some great results so far and yeah with a week left, disrespect those weights! One thing that caught my eye and I have the same probs with too are achy joints and ligaments. OT works very well, forged joint repair works well (I wouldn't get it directly from need2, but amazon and what not) and my fav that I was telling ya about a long time ago, joint force by e-pharm; saved my lower back, hip and shoulders like whoa; that and a buncha OT forged joint and a glucosamine chondroitin liquid formula. Gonna keep an eye on this and for the next week then PCT, beat that ish up and best of luck!
