    1:20pm diet coke 20oz, trenavar and all my sups. Called my endo to ask what I can take while I'm on all this stuff, he said he will get back to me by midday Tommorow. he needed to look up interactions. He gave me some good news though he now takes my insurance I'm so happy he said I don't have to pay out of pocket just 20$ copay.

    6pm humapro, don't feel good going to bed

    10:40pm my wife woke me and told me that my job said to come in. she made me 9oz tilapia with two steak tomatoes a black coffee 4 truvias. Took trenavar and all my sups.

    Even though I have not properly slept my work outs Are insane. I feel like I can work out longer. The only thing that stops me is my time limits.

    I feel like I have a cold or allergies. My doctor told me to take Claritin. I'm going to skip the Claritin.

    7am Woke up kissed my wife as she heads to work kids off to school and daycare. Took trenavar, humapro and all my sups. I feel way better but I decided to go back to bed until I wake up. Ate half an apple

    9pm hunger just stuck very hard cold sweets and a head ach that doesn't let me think. Grabbed a cold pizza from the fridge and ate It.

    My wife is looking at me shocked. she thinks I'm going crazy because the pizza was frozen. Be leave or not after I ate the pizza I broke out in a sweet. My wife took my temp and its 101 but I don't feel hot. She said I have a fever.

    Today I took 45mg of trenavar before my work out bringing my total for the day at 105mg. I think over 100 is optimal for my body.

    I feel different gained 3 pounds but I'm feeling solid. My wife said that my urine stinks even more and she bought some plug in glades for the bathroom

    10:20pm drank a diet dr pepper and humapro I think Tomorrow ill go food shopping our fridge is always empty because we all ways eat out but if I'm going to get these hunger strikes ill need to stock up my fridge.

    1am felt like my bp was high, I took policorsonal and double the dose of organ shield.

    5:20am woke up with a nose bleed no big deal. Will monitor my bp closely.

    I'm sorry u lost me. Your on 100mg of tren? Which type? And you want to add dmz and ment. Are we talking Aas or pro hormones?

    change in plans I will cruse on trenavar at 120mg to the end of the cycle. I felt the most change when I took 105mg one day by mistake. I gained about 3lbs.

    I weighed my self yesterday 239.8 lbs which is more or less were I started. But I'm more solid.

    Did not sleep well feeling sick, every one around me is sick with the cold or flu. I'm not sick but I'm upping my glutamine intake

    Bp is under control. But I'm going to continue to monitor it closely.

    Woke up at 2am but not hungry. took humapro, glutamine and trenavar. Went back to sleep

    5:40am woke up late took all my sups and a protein shake with a bread little butter.

    6:10am BCAA double gym time running short so instead of weights ill do cardio 50min treadmill. Not present.

    7:20am humapro and an apple 9:05am black coffee 4 truvias.

    12:19pm 1 cup quinoa 8 oz of tilapia and 4 oz of roasted chicken.

    1:34 pm (craving) chocolate that's a sign of low or high blood sugar. Ate a kit kat bar.

    8:30pm baked Jamaican yams and 8 eggs. trenavar and my sups. Removed vitamin b6 from my sups due to an interaction with ldopa I had overlooked.

    I still have all my hair, going to the barbershop more often I used to go every Wednesday. I have to go in on Fridays just to get a shave. Going twice a week sometimes 3. Hair is growing fast and very dark, my wife said it also dry to use conditioner haha good luCk on that.

    My strength is up, if I could get more sleep I know I would get more gains. I'm happy with the results in the last few days.

    Still get these strong random woods My sex drive is still high. I banged the hell out my wife yesturday and did a repeat today after work. No erection problems I do have excessive semen.

    I still feel like I'm going to get sick, every one around me has a cold or flu. My son got the cold, poor lil guy.

    5:35pm reroute to Home Depot my lil guy blow out the valence in the kitchen , living room and one of the five in the hallway. Talk about bad, know I gotta do some electrical work.

    10:54 finished all frustrated I didn't do the hallway valence. Took humapro, trenavar letro 2.5mg I will do the hcg injection tommorow to upset to pin my self.

  24. SaturDay

    6:50am protein shake, hcg 1000iu, trenavar all my sups

    7:00am two boiled eggs

    8:40am omelette 4eggs, onion pepper tomatoes, home frys two slice of Swiss cheese. With a black coffee and a pecan roll.

    12:20pm onion bagel scallion cream cheese, seltzer water, humapro trenavar.

    3pm protein shake

    6:30pm 8oz tilapia tomatoes and asparagus.

    7pm half a Hershey bar

    8:22 pm humapro

    10:40 pm trenavar humapro all my sups 2oz of lays chips, two smAll Hershey cookie

  25. Sunday

    Pink eye got me down and out, woke up one eye shut. the cold and I are wrestling not quitting my cycle.

    I'm going to hit the gym for 3 hour tommorow and walk into my doctors office.

    6:50am protein shake,trenavar all my sups

    7am hungry as hell, the thirst is back

    7:10am butter bagel with A large black coffee 4 truvia

    8:50 am hungry as hell

    9:30am spinach omelette two egg, home fry 2 slices of rye lightly butter black coffee, 4 Splenda

    11am humapro, already drank 2 gallons lip are dry as hell. On the 3rd gallon.

    12:30pm angus burger, frys, strawberry shake, a grilled 2 chicken patie I tossed the bums.

    1pm hungry and thirsty. I'm going to have to hold my mouth shut

    2pm humapro 3pm still hungry redbull zero 4 oz of almonds

    5:30pm humapro, trenavar,sups And a chocolate donut. ( sorry my went to Dunkin and that was the only thing to eat in the car when hunger struck)

    6pm hungry, ate a 6 inch sub with a pound of turkey, the deli guy was in shock. Lol I told him cut me a pound of turkey after he was done I told him to put it in a sub for me his face :0 . I still can picture it.

    8 pm humapro, 5 tomatoes

    9:26pm Hunger is thought the roof, drinking another gallon of water with BCAA

    11:40pm woke up took double humapro, trenavar and all my sups

  26. Levaquin and Allegra on cycle or should I abort my cycle?

    So I have to midnight tonight to figure out if I should abort my cycle or continue and just add levaquin and Allegra.

    I went to my Regular Doctor. (Not my endocrinologist ) he told me it looks like You put on 19 pounds of solid (dry) muscle since i last saw you.(weight around 223-225lbs when he last saw me today i weighted in at 244)

    I have a respiratory infection. He wants me to take a combination of Allegra and the antibiotic levaquin for 7 days. he also told me he wants to do labs next Wednesday.

    My blood pressure was really high, he sounded more worried about the blood pressure. I told him I was at the gym for 3 before I went to his office.

    4:10pm nap felt tiered-7:20pm

    7:20pm Humapro, a chocolate donut and coffee, letrozole 2.5mg, trenavar and sups

    8:10pm Levaquin 500mg and Allegra 180mg

    9:48pm cottage cheese. Seltzer water.

    9:58pm levaquin is kicking in I'm breaking out in a sweat.

    10:20 pm humapro, ill do the hcg shot tommorow

  28. Tuesday

    took day off gym not planning on going to work until Friday

    9am Woke up drenched hungry and craving pancakes. I never have craving I plan what I eat or get stuck eating something that was not planed, but never cravings.

    9:10am protein shake all my sups, trenavar

    9:20am 10egg whites hunger is through the roof. Triple espresso 4 truvias.

    9:50am damn pancake craving is back went to the diner bought 2 pancakes, syrup and butter.

    10:30am hcg 1000iu, letrozole 2.5mg, added aegis because I have started to take levaquin 500mg with Allegra 180mg

    12pm levaquin 500mg and Allegra 180mg.

    4 pm humapro, organ shild

    6pm dark chocolate bar with almonds. Down to my Secound gallon added 20grams of BCAA

    7am humapro, sups and trenavar went back to bed

    5pm a 12oz T-bone yumm with 3 eggs and a waffle. 12 oz of grapefruit juice.

    8:40pm protein shake

    9:30pm green bananas with 4oz steak

    10:35pm hunger is up hero with butter. Hcg 1000iu, trenavar, humapro
