Log of my first ph cycle,
This is my first day of this experiment, I let my self swell up to 239.4lbs ( yes I gained fat on purpose). I want to see if a post cycle therapy is really needed if trenavar is used with hcg. Spare me the insults I know pct are need. But what I want to know is to what extent if I use hcg while on cycle and Cruse on the hcg how much of the weight and muscle will stay after trenavar has cleared my system.
Current stats, weight 239.4, Thighs 21.5, Calves 15.5, forearms 12.5, Shoulders 54, neck 16.5

Diet mostly clean I will cheat eventually
Breakfast Greek yogurt 5.4oz & protein shake or 4 egg white one whole egg
Lunch Quinoa with cod, talapia, beef, Steak or chicken. Sometimes ill replace quinoa with Steak Tomatoes and cucumbers. I will cheat time to time mostly at lunch due to my coworkers.
Dinner repeat lunch.

Day 1 (today) felt weak today took tvar 15 and all the supplements at 5 am with a protein shake for breakfast, went to the gym 5:30am

12 noon 1 cup quinoa with steak (230 grams) and a walnut chocolate brownie. ( yes I know brownie smh)
