Mack turns alpha on M14ADD and Tren!

Ok guys,it's that time.Im kicking off my cycle today and I'm so pumped for this run.This is my first cycle log so bear with me please,and please feel free to guide or correct me when needed.Lets do this!
Age:24
Current Weight:175
Diet:4500+ calories a day,easy!I'll try to get my macros up soon.
Training split:chest/tri,bis/back,shoulders/traps,legs/back,abs/traps,I usually do this 5 day split,then take 1 off and start over but I'm gonna be honest when I'm on it's hard to find time to take an off day!
Water intake:let's just say very high,I'd estimate 1.5-2 gallons.
Goals for cycle:duh,to put on some muscle,I'm not worried about body fat at this point!

I'm going to be running shredded labs Methylvar,it's 30mg methyl-1,4-androstenediol and 15mg Trendione per cap.I will be running a 4 week run and it's gonna be 2/3/3/4caps,to be determined obviously as I go.Yes,I'm gonna break down the compound dose in a bit,keep reading!

Optimum Nutrition Fish oils
Orange Triad
Focus Xt
I force Lights Out
Livelong nutrition Hawthorne berry
Got some extra joint supps if needed

Pct:NLA Preformance T-blast

Clomid at 100/50/50/25

So that's my setup,I'll run back over it in a bit and see if I missed anything and I'll be dropping some beginning pictures once I get out of the gym,got a big chest day kickin off,and I'm ready to kill it.1st dose down,I'll drop in after workout and post some more.Get in here guys,and if you stop by,drop a line,don't be scared,show some love!Lets get it mutha b******!Time to grow.

I got a few more things I do but I don't know what to call em,lol.I just know what they hit and that it works for me.Felt good today.Time for coffee :)

Thanks bro,been a long hard journey,I def. feel bench is my strong point.But others seem to be impressed with my other lifts as well,we shall see :)
 
Oh,forgot I did some weighted dips.4x10 with a 45 around my waist!Thats really helped me get my bench numbers up!

I've been looking at all the shredded labs products, interested to see how this goes for ya. Looks like your diet and training up to this point are solid, so you should do well regardless.

Yeah,I got a 5 year old daughter,the fridge is usually hers,lol,except for the milk and tortellinis,but the freezers mine.And most of the panrty,and the gummy worms things are cupcakes we made for her school halloween party!chocolate cupcakes with crushed Oreos and gummy worms,looked like dirt and worms.Wife did pretty good!

Not me,but I did catch myself with a pocket full of starbursts the day after Halloween :) I'm wore out guys,had a big day and no chance to post today's routine or updates,I'm just to far down to take the time,fell asleep already once,I will jump I here tomorrow morning with today's workout and an update.Everyone have a good and safe night!
 
So,yesterday was a descent workout.Had to kind of time it as I had a lot to do afterwards,but here's what it looked like!

Barbell curls:
115x10

Reverse grip bench press:
165x12
185x15
205x10
185x12

Incline db curls:
45x7
45x9
60x6
45x8

Ez curls:
85x8
85x9
85x10
85x8. Man I hate these,they hurt my wrist so bad!

Wrist curls with bb:
85x15 did 4 sets

Db preacher curls:
45x8
45x9
60x8
45x9

Hammer curls:
45x10
45x12
60x10
60x9

Db wrist curls:
60x15
60x15
60x20
60x18

Workout felt real good,had an awesome pump going.Everything seems to be on track so far.Its been a while since I've ran either of these compounds,so excited to see when things start picking up.Blood pressure is good,checking daily.Nothing bad to report except some light headaches!
 
Funny,BB curls hurt my wrists. EZs feel much more natural. Your biceps are rediculously strong Mack.

Thanks bro,I know seems odd.But I hate ez curls,they don't hurt me on the preacher curl.But I do what I know works good for me.When I first started doing bb curls I was having bad pains in wrist and forearms,but it got better over time,I think it's just the closer grip I use on the em curl bar.It seems with any close grip movement,bench included,hurts my wrist and shoulders even.No pain No gain! :)

Whats your water intake like? Not staying hydrated while using tren can bring headaches quick
 
Oh that makes sense now. You must be using the inside grips for the EZ bar? Yeah,that bothers mine as well.

Close to 2 gallons,I don't even drink it anymore,I chug it all day!

Yeah I do.I have experimented with all my workouts so much over time,the inside grips seem to give me better results in my outer biceps and giving that peak shape.I go wide on the bb curls.I love bb curls,nothing like the feeling of curling that plate,or when someone's benching it asking them if they can leave it racked when done so I can curl it :)

Lol,I love it.I know I surprise a lot of people with my lifts,I don't think I look like I can handle most of the weight I do.Thats what gets me that extra rep!
