Ok guys,it's that time.Im kicking off my cycle today and I'm so pumped for this run.This is my first cycle log so bear with me please,and please feel free to guide or correct me when needed.Lets do this!
Diet:4500+ calories a day,easy!I'll try to get my macros up soon.
Training split:chest/tri,bis/back,shoulders/traps,legs/back,abs/traps,I usually do this 5 day split,then take 1 off and start over but I'm gonna be honest when I'm on it's hard to find time to take an off day!
Water intake:let's just say very high,I'd estimate 1.5-2 gallons.
Goals for cycle:duh,to put on some muscle,I'm not worried about body fat at this point!
I'm going to be running shredded labs Methylvar,it's 30mg methyl-1,4-androstenediol and 15mg Trendione per cap.I will be running a 4 week run and it's gonna be 2/3/3/4caps,to be determined obviously as I go.Yes,I'm gonna break down the compound dose in a bit,keep reading!
