    I am on fire!had a killer workout.Chest and tris.Worked with heavier weight lower reps,such a great pump my shirt looked like it was about to rip took a few videos to see my form bc it helps me know what to work on,and shoulders are feeling dry so was only able to get about 2-3 inches from chest on flat bench,but still felt good!update coming soon.

    Had amazing work out today,dont need to go into detail.It was just awesome,some of best chest pumps I've ever had,and tris are blowing up quick for sure.

    Flat bench:
    225x12
    255x9
    275x7
    295x3.5
    275x6
    275x5
    255x6
    255x5

    Db flys:
    60x12 for 4 sets

    Champagnes:
    70x12 for 4 sets

    Overhead db tri ext:
    90x12 for 4 sets

    Db press:
    80x12
    90x10
    90x12
    70x15

    3 sets of 8 dips with 35 on waist.

    Workout felt great.was definitely in the zone.oh and used the good ole mm for that extra push

    I was at 182 yesterday,but I swear I don't look nor feel like I'm holding any water or fat for that matter,still look like I'm leaning out!

    Good workout today,abs are fading out bit,still there.but feeling I'm holding a little water.yesterday I was real edgey,aggression hasn't been high.But was easily irritated yesterday.Libido is still down.Pumps are getting to the point they hurt.all sides are in check.blood pressure good.pee is clear,no headaches.Nips are itchy!

    Barbell curl:
    135x6
    135x8
    140x7
    135x7

    Reverse grip bench press:
    185x15
    205x15
    225x13
    205x14

    Incline db curls:
    45x10
    50x9
    60x8
    50x7

    Ez curls:
    90x10
    95x8
    95x10
    90x7

    Wrist curls with bb:
    100x15 for 4 sets.

    Db preacher curls:
    50x8
    50x10
    60x8
    45x9

    Hammer curls:
    60x12 for 4 sets.

    Db wrist curls:
    60x15 for 4 sets.

    Weight is starting to feel a lot lighter.overall good workout,great pump!
