    325 on bar walked a few steps back and forth,legs were shot.

    It's been a while since I got shakey legs.and got em tonight.they are burnt up.

    Haha,I agree.just heard some controversy on it before.As I said I feel it puts a strain on different areas as its further out the bar,but doesn't affect me enough to care.thanks again,trying to up the weight tomorrow is bench day so I'm hoping for big things there!
