Had a good workout today, can't say it was anything out of the ordinary.Shoulder has been irritating a bit.Libido is shot, acne is up,back pumps are there.Oh and nips are slightly itchy. So yeah pretty much feels like I'm on cycle, just no aggression.I was going to bridge this cycle or kick start it with something and wish I would have, but we are here now so I'm gonna see where it goes.Chest is looking fuller, traps are actually noticeably standing out, even through a very loose shirt can see the change.Had a crazy trap pump today.

    Military Bb press:
    135x12
    155x9
    135x15
    135x13

    Db shrugs:
    80x20 for 2 sets.

    Db military press:
    45x12
    60x11
    60x12
    50x12

    Side db lat raises:
    30x10 for 4 sets.

    Seatbelts:
    50x12
    60x12
    60x14
    50x15

    Bb shrugs:
    205x15
    225x15
    255x15
    275x12
    225x17

    Pull ups with plate:
    4 sets of 8

I have had a sharp pain shoot from my left or right shoulder and down my spine if I yawn while stretching my hands about my head. Did you have anything like that. I mean if dealt with the lower back stiffness and what not. Taurine is fixing that though. 4grams am and 4 grams pm.

Nah bro! Didn't have any pain stimming from my shoulder area. It was all lower for me. You might have a pinched nerve in your back, I have had one of them that gets agrivated alot

Mack, you tend to rep up in the higher range. Why don't you drop down into the 6-8 rep range and start crushing some steel?

Sounds like a nerve, def. not joint issues there. You know when iTs dry joints.glad back pumps are better.i had something similar but didn't go down my spine,it was when I first started training I'm pretty sure up turned my head to side while pushing, and felt like I got stabbed and shot through my neck and shoulder.Im very cautious and watch my form now.

On all lifts?or just main compound lifts?I love moving heavy weight, maybe that will help me start putting on a bit more size.

Sounds good, and thanks.Guess I always worried about not having a spot if needed, but I'm sure I can figure out what I can handle in tha lower rep range, even if I gotta play around to figure out what numbers work good.

Just had a killer workout, this guy is on!!!update coming soon.I wanted to ask some opinions,I work out at home,so I don't have unlimited weight.Do you all think it's harder or any different using a weight in smaller sizes versus same weight in larger plates?in case you don't understand, when I rack 325,it's one 45,two 35,and a 25 on each side, instead of the preferred three 45 and a 10 on each side,I have my opinion, just want some others.

As long as it adds up equal, the difference would be your perception from looking at it. You'd have to put a lot of little weights filling the bar to really make difference. Id have to look up the math, but id say the difference would be closer to ounces than lbs.

I personally have been one to always think weight is weight,if it's the same weight it doesn't matter.just wanted some opinions.I will say on certain lifts-flat bench for say,I think it makes it harder for me as it puts a staring more on my shoulders and uses them more than I'd like it to,I feel it holds me back on flat bench a bit.update coming very soon.

Had a good workout tonight,I definately feel on today!i can see some changes happening, arms are really growing and shoulders and traps are noticeably growing, and fast.I love when you wake up in the morning and see the mirror and say dam.there it is!had a late workout tonight, which I hate but had some stuff to do.Acne is picking up fast, libido is shot, feeling dried out in joints.oh and got on scale today and it's showing 182 I don't feel I'm holding a lot of fat or water honestly.my abs are looking as good as they were IMO and obliques are shining lately.

Box squats with 3 sec pause:
    225x15
    275x12
    325x8
325x6 I did rack 375 and broke it and just didn't have it left in my legs today.
    275x8

    Calf raises on block:
250 on shoulders for 4 sets of 18 amazing calf pumps tonight

    Bent db rows:
    60x16
    60x18
    60x12
    50x15

    Leg extensions:
    200 for 4 sets of 15

1 arm db row on bench:
    60x13
    60x15
    60x14
    50x16

    Db lunges:
    90x8 for 4 sets

325 on bar walked a few steps back and forth, legs were shot.

It's been a while since I got shakey legs.and got em tonight.they are burnt up.
