Hello all this is where I'm going to log my first finaflex Epi-V cycle. I plan on doing a month cycle.
As I said this is my first cycle so please comment if I miss anything.

Epi-V
Weeks 1-4
2 pills am 2 pills afternoon
Opti-Men 3x daily
2 Fish-Oil 3x daily
Glucosamine& chondroitin 2x daily
Taurine mid day
L-Glutamine 2 pre and 2 post workout
1 revolution black pct every night throughout cycle
ZMA nightly
ON gold whey protein

PCT
2 Revolution Black nightly
6 pure test nightly
Both for 30 days straight
Also have A-HD A.I.

Plan on doing 3000 cals non training days
3500 training days.

More about me I'm 29 yrs old and currently weigh 200 lbs. 15 to 17% b.f. I'm close to 5ft10in tall.

I plan on training four days and cardio other three. By cardio I mean play full court basketball about an hour maybe a little more but no less.

My training will be Kris Gethen's DTP program, I thought this was a good program that would help me achieve my goal of looking more cut and losing b.f.

I am on day nine of a 3x 1-andro and 3x epi-v a day cycle. After the 5th day I saw strength increases drastically. 50+ pounds on leg presses, 30 pounds on squats, 15 pounds on dumbbell presses just for examples, I have also gained 3 pounds while staying the same body fat. I really think by the end of the first week you should see some good strength gains and you will also have little to zero fatigue while in the gym.

Finaflex pre workout

I had an awesome workout yesterday. It was a Chest and back workout still doing D.T.P program.
The workout called for two super sets first being incline dumbbell presses and bent over dumbbell
Rows. Second was dumbbell bench presses with bent over trap row.
These excercises were great and I really felt a great pump with the pre workout from finaflex. I did great
And for the first time even had some of the bigger guys at the gym telling me I was doing great keep it up.

So heres the workout

Incline dumbbell press with Bent over rows supersets

50lbs*30. 50lbs*30
60lbs*20. 60lbs*20
70lbs*10. 65lbs*10
80lbs*5. 65lbs*5
85lbs*5. New pr 70lbs*5
I was impressed on the strength on the incline press.
85lb dumbbells is a P.R. I felt I could've even went higher
For more reps. Next chest day I will set a new pr again.

Second superset
Dumbbell bench press. Bent over trap row
90lbs*5 P.R. 180lbs*5
85lbs*5. 180lbs*5
75lbs*10. 135lbs*10
60lbs*20. 90lbs*20
50lbs*30. 45lbs*30

When I mention the amount of lbs by reps I mean that the weight of each
Individual dumbbell. I'm really excited in between the preworkout from finaflex
My overall mood and what I'm hoping is the effects of Epi-V. So far I haven't noticed
Any dramatic changes. I'm hoping to crush the next workout as well.
One thing for sure I felt I could've went up on weight on everything. Seeing as though
This is the first week of both my Epi-V and the D.T.P. program I'm hoping for a huge success and achievement
Of my goals. Will post measurements this week and possibly new photos.

Dinner

2- 6oz chicken breast
Whole salad
1/2 cup brown rice

Chocolate chip cookie I was so excited about my new pr
This cookie was my celebration.

I am both SUB'd and extremely interested in how this pans out, I mean if he sticks with his diet the way he has thus far throughout the cycle and keeps exercising the way he is, I know for a fact he is going to achieve his desired results if not better than he had hoped for, just like DreamWeaver, I too have had some incredible results taking EPI-V!!!

So here's Friday's workout and diet.

A.M. Supps
1 opti men
2 Epi-V
2 fish oil
Glucosamine
Calcium500+D

Breakfast
5 eggs
1 whole wheat English muffin
1 cup Greek yogurt

Mid day supps
1 opti men
2 fish oil
3 bcaa

Lunch
1/4 chicken white meat
1 cup rice
1 cup black beans

Pre workout
1 whey protein shake with water

Friday was arms day on dtp calendar.

Workout is as followed
40,30,20,10,10 then rest and 10,10,20,30,40

Cable curl superset overhead tricep extension
60lbs*40. 60lbs*40
80lbs*30. 90lbs*30
110lbs*20. 120lbs*20
130lbs*10. 140lbs*10
130lbs*10. 160lbs*10

Arms got an incredible pump very fast. I feel like I can lift heavier everyday more and more. This superset workout is excellent.

Second set

Standing curl. Skull crusher
90lbs*10. Pr 90lbs*10 pr
90lbs*10. 90lbs*10
75lbs*20. 75lbs*20
60lbs*30. 60lbs*30
40lbs*40. 40lbs*40

The second superset was intense.
I got to third go around and had to rest pause after the 17th rep. I hit a pr at 90lbs*10 my previous pr was 80lbs*7. I believe this could be due to the Epi-V. I'm not one to jump to conclusions but I do feel great during workouts. I'm also noticing more definition in the arms overall. Not as much in the stomach region as of yet. It's still very early in my cycle to judge. I have noticed a small decrease in appetite which is not normal. I'm still eating as I should just feel full faster. My cardio is every other day.
I play basketball at the gym on these days.
I feel basketball is more fun and I play hard and for over an hour each time.
I also did 5 sets of hanging leg raises
Each set I did 20 leg raises.

Fridays workout was very fun.

Tropical storm Isaac made a weekend workout impossible so I was forced to stay home all weekend. Today is 8-27-12 and this log was for 8-24-12.
Tonight I will log today's workout.
Until then deuces

Sorry for missing days as my Internet was down.

Once again I'm following the D.T.P. program by Kris Gethen.
On this day I had shoulders supersets.

Am supps
2 epi-v
Opti men
2 fish oil
Glucosamine
Taurine
Calium500+D

Breakfast

I chose to skip breakfast and replace with a protein shake.
I also had a cup of mixed berries

Mid day supps 1:30pm
Opti men
2 fish oil
2 epi-v
3 BCAA caps
1 whey protein shake

Lunch

8oz chicken breast
1 full size salad
2 tsps of light caesar dressing
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 granola
1/4 cup mixed nuts

Workout 4:30 pm
Shoulder superset.

175lbs*10. 100lbs*10
185lbs*10. 100lbs*10

Seated Arnold press---- shoulder shrug
60lbs*10- 320lbs*10
45lbs*20- 270lbs*20
30lbs*30- 180lbs*30
20lbs*40- 90lbs*40

I have to say out of all workouts this was the most challenging. A few times I thought I wouldn't finish but pulled through it.

Post workout
1 whey protein shake with water
3 BCAA pills
5g L glutamine

Dinner

8 oz chicken breast
2 cups California blend veggies
1 cup brown rice

I started to add green tea as I heard it may help with fat burning. I'm adding some extra cardio sessions and some more ab workouts on off days to try and intensify my final results.
So far I don't have to much to say on behalf of the epi-v. No sides as of yet or problem with the stimulant side of it. The only thing I been having is slight loss of appetite. I'm hoping in the upcoming weeks I will notice more definition.

Pm supps
2 fish oil
Opti men
Glucosamine
Calcium500+D
3 zma
5mg Melatonin

This is for 8-28-12
Internet was down so am logging missing days.
This is day eight of epi-v as well as day eight in the D.T.P. workout by kris Gethen. I chose this 4 week workout plan because I'm hoping it helps me during a cutting stage. It's all supersets all the time so with the Epi-V being great for cutting I placed them together. My diet is good. I feel like I may have to make some small adjustments to lose more body fat during this stage. If anyone reads this and has suggestions by all means let me know. I have every workout posted on here. My off days are pretty much the same except I play basketball. I play at a high intensity so i feel it's better than almost all regular cardio exercise.
My overall goal is to get as lean as possible and still keep my size. I'm open to all suggestions.
This will be where I log for the duration of my cycle.

As far as kicking in you should feel something but epi-v will do a better job altering your appearance than anything else. Leaner drier etc... The purpose of this product is to finish off your prep, so it's the last thing you will take in a cut... sort of the way people use winnie cuz it converts to DHT... You will be surprised at what a differnence it makes to have additional hardness when you are leaned out. Another thing is you will not lose msucle during the process and mgiht even gain some.

I usually do my compete LOG in a word processor then copy and paste it in to the AM editor. That way you have a back up and just incase the Internet craps out you can just do a mass post. Keep up the good work bro. Looking forward to your progress.

Back to my log. Missed a few days due to technical difficulties. I'm back on And feel good.
I have been noticing a lot more definition in my shoulders arms. Seeing more cuts all over so I'm starting to get excited. My girl says I'm always trying to work some part of my body. I have never been one to be excited to do ab workouts and cardio but this has been an exception. I'm looking forward to taking new pictures very soon.

8-30-12

This day was a chest and back day. It continues to push me to my limits due to high reps an superset format.

This is my days workout I'm just putting in the weight used. No cheating and constant pushing of myself

8-30-12

Am supps
7am
Opti men
2 epi-v
Glucosamine
Calcium500+D

Breakfast 8am
Protein shake with water
Wheat English muffin
Green tea with Splenda

Mid day snack 11am
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
With blueberries and granola

Mid day supps 130pm
2 Epi-V
Opti men
Fish oil

Lunch 2pm
2- 6oz grilled chicken breast
3 corn tortillas
Half salad with oil and vinegar

Pre workout
Whey protein shake with water
5g L-Glutamine
3 BCAA caps

Workout about 3:45pm

1st Superset incline dumbbell press with bent over rows

55lbs*30
65lbs*20
75lbs*10
85lbs* 5
85lbs* 5

1st set had me with a great pump. Breathing heavy an needed to pause on last five set.

2nd superset
Dumbbell bench press with bent over trap rows

Dumbbell bench. Bent over trap row
90lbs*5. 160lbs*5
90lbs* 5. 160lbs*5
75lbs*10. 120lbs*10
60lbs*20. 90lbs*20
40lbs*30. 45lbs*30

Decline sit ups
1-25
2-25
3-15
4-10

I know I had a great workout due the nauseated feeling after my workout. Very close to throwing up. My intensity is very high and I try to keep rest to a minimum between sets. The last set on the bench feels like the heaviest with the lightest weight. I'm sure I look funny screaming to finish my set with 40lb dumbbells with my arms shaking and pushing out the last few reps. I know I would be thinking w.t.f. Is that about. If they only knew.
This day I started my workout with someone who told me they like the format of the workout. He didn't make it and I finished alone. I'm really pumped in the gym stim in epi-v has me feeling great throughout workout.

Post workout
Whey shake with water
Small sugar free Gatorade

Dinner 7pm
1 cup brown rice
1-8oz n.y. Strip
1 cup California blend veggies

Pm supps 10:30pm
Opti men
Fish oil
Glucosamine
Calcium500+D
1 pct black
3 zma
1 melatonin

Overall a good day. Great workout. Excited looking lean and strong. Weight is good no loss of weight but I've been told I look more defined by those close to me.

What are your final numbers after this cycle (weight loss, bf, etc...). Interested in maybe trying EPI-V.

The kind of thing I would expect from a 4 week run is a 2-4% body fat reduction without much weight loss if any. You will also be looking a lot harder... remember this is a finish product. The icing on the cake the wax after a car wash...

Yeah I'm watching Greens log, debating on giving Epi-V a go.

If this is the wax, what is good to start with? Is clen a better starting point? Never doing anything harsher than clen so need some assistance! I'm 5'11, 240 lbs.

Diet is the answer, I mean supps can help lose some of the fat but diet is 95% so do the 95% then supps to finish ...

Right, my diet is pretty strict. High protein, moderate carbs and fats. Just looking for something to help me lean out and lose some fat thats better than your generic fat burners.

Yah they don't do enough that if makes that much of a difference untill you are in the latter stages that's the time for a little help.... Diet to get you close and then use things like Pro Xanthine to give you a boost. Then finish off with something like EPI-V ... I don't have too much difficulty and I am a classic endo...don't need things like Clen really...

Me too! I have a terrible time losing weight/fat though. Im going to step my cardio up and get even stricter on my diet and go from there.

Do you have a good article or blog about that?
Bigdaddy... First and foremost I need to say dieting is the hardest aspect of anyone's routine, minus those very lucky select few that are truly MESOMORPH's (put muscle on easy and keep fat off easy), both the ECTOMORPH's & ENDOMORPH's although polar opposites struggle with their diets to achieve their goals. OK, with that being said and completely agreeing with DW on diet being like 95% or more of how you look and what you can achieve with the exercise being done, all I can say is if it is not happening like it should, then it is 100% a problem in your diet somewhere. Remember, everyone is different, I have to clean my diet up so clean it is ridiculous in order to see the kind of results I want, but when I do, ask anyone here who knows me or has followed one of my Logs, what I can do is nothing short of Amazing and I promise you it is 95%+ all diet related! Diet is the key, there is no magic pills, there is no quick-fix, they only amplify/assist your efforts. Example, if you are giving it 100% they can help you achieve 110% results from 100% effort. In the big scheme of things that is amazing, but only if you are truly giving it 100%. Not trying to come down on you or act all high and mighty, believe me, I'm not, I definitely have my own pit-falls, just trying to emphasize the importance of proper diet and nutrition and ultimately help you learn what took me years to figure out!
