Tbol 40/40/50/50/60/60 week 1-6
Test E 250mg Fridays and Tuesday week 1-12 (14 weeks til it gets out of my system)
Anavar week 7-12 50mg
Simple and easy for my first cycle...well first time I ever touched any hormones actually
Aromasin 12.5mg ED week 4-12

PCT layout:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Erase
D-Test
Endosurge
Maybe hghup by appnut as well
Reduce xt
PNI Prodigy

LIV 52 for liver support

On hand: letro...Novla and caber

Diet will start at 3k cals and go up 100 cals a week until week 6 then I'm cutting the last 6 to get rid of some body fat with anavar

Workout: back bi/chest tri/legs/shoulders abs...will have strength days with low reps high weight and days with medium weight and 12-15 reps
