i would really like to develop my lower back & abs. also add mass to my legs, i have really long legs so even though i squat a 400+ they look small. and of coarse my chest it is flat, ive been grinding on it for 2 years and it just sucks.

i started cycle yesterday
m1,4add has a very short half life so i popped one at noon and one prework out with one cap of sd.(5pm)
and i injected 1ml of test e 300. bomb smooth **** too.

gym was good it was leg day. all these bitch ass ho's running around trying to get there chest swoll, cuz its all they do. so i do legs on mondays. i hurt my knee 2 weeks ago, it was more of a pinch on the up left side of my knee. so ive been taking it easy for the past 2 weeks. yesterday that lil mother focker was ready to get busy.
i used this pivoting squat thing, u stack weights on it and then get under it. its strange but i like it. i have my back pierced with a 2 inch bar so doing reall squats hurts and pulls the piercing.

maybe swapping out the Trenavar & dzine for Tren ace and Winny(injcetable)(maybe anvar). i would like to as this would be slightly less taxing on the liver.

last night i woke up at like three am feeling really good, like i was on pain killers, went back to sleep and woke up with nothing. experienced some headaches today and some nausea, nothing to sever but enough to note it. i weight in today at 213lb which means i am retaining 10 pounds of water roughly. this is only day for and im up ~11 lbs. which you can really see my abs are not very visable. im going to try and hold of on the adex as long as im not getting any nipple issues. the bloat doesnt concern me i know it will come off later. plus its a nice cushion while lifting heavy.

over all the lethargy is gone, nausea is gone. starting to feel the beast with in. he hasnt come out compleatly yet but he's been lurking thinking about it.
on another note, i was a huge ******* to my little brother the other day. it was totally uncalled for and i felt really bad afterwards. his girlfriend broke up with him Thursday, and hes been going through some rough times he is 22 and hasnt found his place. i just unloaded on him for no reason. alot of stuff that didnt need to be said. i was hungry and i just become this ******* when i dont eat. i ate and apologized he forgave me but. i still feel like a piece of ****. im going to try harder to be better than that. Body building to me is about striving to be something that at my core im not. its more than gaining muscles its about being a better person and that means in all aspects of my life. i use to be a very bad person, did allot of terrible things to allot of people who didnt deserve it. and i have been set on a new path. i failed the other day. and i will work harder to try and avoid being that person in the future.
