  5. Off day today. Shoulders bi's and cardio in the morning. Officially start week 10 on Friday. I'd like to cut down to 205 by the start of PCT. Possible? I can def. tell I had a refeed on carbs yesterday I felt super bloated all day today. Scale said 220.7 this morning. Should be back under 220 in the morning. Diet was 2450 Cals 95f/55c/345p.

  6. Quick update- been extremely busy these last couple days. Haven't been able to hit the gym since wednesday. So that means an early AM back session, then heading to south bend for the notre dame game. Tomorrows a cheat meal day. Pretty much going to be a cheat all day day haha. Will update with lifts tomorrow. Officially started week 10 of my cycle tonight. Diets been the same as it has for the last two weeks. Around 2300 Cals 90f/50c/330p. Can't wait for these chest meals tomorrow. Scale said 220 on the nose this morning.

  7. Couldn't sleep so I got up at 4:45 and was at the gym by 6. What do you do when you can't sleep? Apperently I Deadlift lol. Been slacking on bi's so I hit em twice this week.

  21. Hit Chest and a little bit of tri's this morning. Felt pretty full in the gym this morning but I think it's probably from all the carbs this weekend. Had cheat meals Saturday and Sunday. Back on the grind today though and will probably be another 2-3 weeks before another cheat day.

    *note* I'm starting to get a lot of very small red bumps on my chest. In assuming its just like acne from the test just surprised it took almost 11 weeks to get it. Maybe from the dirty food Saturday? Either way they itch like crazy.

    Thanks bro. I'm a huge fan of declines. Pretty underrated IMO. I feel it in my chest/shoulders and Lats the next day. I always start out with the intentions on having volume days but end up working my way up a heavy day lol never fails. I just wanna lift heavy stuff I can't help it haha

    That is weird as fuk man. Maybe its the low carbs haha. Mine started popping up maybe a week and a half ago but have gotten progressively worse over the last 3-5 days. You can't really see em unless your close though.
