Wasn't supposed to be in the gym until tomorrow but I had a little bit of time today so I said fuk it and went in and did heavy shoulders. Only had about 45 mins so I had to make it fast but hit PR's in everything except for Upright rows which my shoulders were shot from the presses so that kind of explains that. Really fighting the urge to step on the scale today for some reason.

Today musta been day of the douche at the gym lol between the guy curling 50 lb dumb bells that was throwing them so hard on the way up it looked like he was going to fall over sbd then flexing his bi's in the mirror and the two guys doing 1/4 squats grunting like they were birthing a baby I've never wanted to smack someone so bad lol don't get me wrong I'm ALL for grunting and loud noises in the gym but if your not gonna go balls deep GTFO my gym lol. Maybe it's the test talking but that sh*t drives me nuts. 2 more weeks until I start my calorie deficit. I'm definetaly enjoying putting up PR's everytime I walk in the gym but I'm ready to start cutting some BF also. Had to make it another quick one today. In and out in an hour. Out of the gym til Sunday,which will be leg day.

Update- decided to go back and look through my logs to see what kind of progress I've made so far in up to my 5th week. Here it is..
Weight- unknown last time I stepped on the scale was July 20th and I was 225. Which was a 9 pound increase.
Bench 5 weeks ago my 1RM was 275. Currently benching 275 4-5 reps.
Squats (biggest improvement)
5 weeks ago I was repping 185 3-5 times now 10 reps of 185 comes pretty easy. Did 225 6 times on my last set today.
Leg press added about 75 pounds to my 8 rep sets.
DL - added 40 pounds to my 5-3-1 sets.
Added at least 25-30 pounds to all pull downs and rows
Shoulder press 5 weeks ago I was repping 185 3-5 times. Last week
I put it up 10 times and then put 195 up 8 times and hit 215 for 2.
So I'm pretty happy where everything is at right now. Dying to know where my weight is lol. I'm pretty torn on what to do. This cycle started out as a lean bulk/cut. With me thinking that I could eat 3600 clean Cals and Cut BF. Well that obviously didn't happen lol. I've made huge gains and put on good mass but put on a little extra BF even though I've ate super clean the whole time. So I'm torn between continuing to eat 3600 Cals through week 8 since the test is just starting to kick in and cut from week 9-14 or cut after week 6 so that would be week 7-14. Or not even cut at all and just get as beastly as I can lol anyway sorry for the super long post here's my lifts for today.

I know that's what I should do I just don't want to lose all the muscle I built when I cut after my cycle. That's the reason I was thinking about cutting at the end of the cycle since the test will help preserve the muscle.
