    Haha yea my legs are for sure a weak point for me. But squats are getting a little easier every week. I used to squat a lot more than I do now so I don't know if that's helping them move along faster than everything else. Plus I'm sure the test helps a little too lol.

    Had chest and tri's today. Haven't slept for sh*t for the last 4 days. I don't know if it's insomnia from the test or what but i wake up every 3 hours and can't go back to sleep. I'll drift in and out of sleep for 3-4 hours after I wake up. Would it be ok to take some Tylenol PM before bed? Anyway here are my lifts for today. Gonna be out of the gym til thursday morning. Might head in Wednesday morning and do some cardio.

    Still killing it I see. Nice job bro just got a quick question? Why declines in your chest routine? Reason I ask is declines mainly hit your lower pecs which most people don't have to much trouble getting to grow. Using flat bench or dips will sufficiently fatigue the fibers in the lower chest. IMO I would do inclines one click up. Might not be able to lift as much but seems to me declines put more stress on the shoulders then chest anyways. Inclines lowering the bar maybe an inch or 2 from the base of the neck would be a better overall pressing movement then declines.... IMO! Thick upper chest is the hardest to grow! Keep tearing it up bro!

    Hey man I had a huge long response to this but since the AM app on my phone is a POS it didn't post lol SO long story short I usually don't do a whole lot of decline only have the last couple weeks because my lower chest lags from my upper for some reason. And I felt like going heavy today and I don't have a spotter for flat bench and going heavy on inclines kills my shoulders. Don't worry though next week it's back to incline lol I've been keeping up with your log too hopefully those back pumps go away after the dbol is gone and those were some serious pull ups the other day. Keep killin it as well bro. Pin tomorrow?

    Hell yea man we're on the same week and in really starting to feel mine kick in also. It's weird how we look Foward to a sharp thing stabbing us in the ass/leg but I look Foward to mine now too. And yea start posting in your log slacker lol

    I agree pip is starting to be a none issue as well. Not sure if it's getting better or I just don't care but either way pining is becoming as easy as riding a bike!

  14. Wasn't supposed to be in the gym until tomorrow but I had a little bit of time today so I said fuk it and went in and did heavy shoulders. Only had about 45 mins so I had to make it fast but hit PR's in everything except for Upright rows which my shoulders were shot from the presses so that kind of explains that. Really fighting the urge to step on the scale today for some reason.

Today musta been day of the douche at the gym lol between the guy curling 50 lb dumb bells that was throwing them so hard on the way up it looked like he was going to fall over sbd then flexing his bi's in the mirror and the two guys doing 1/4 squats grunting like they were birthing a baby I've never wanted to smack someone so bad lol don't get me wrong I'm ALL for grunting and loud noises in the gym but if your not gonna go balls deep GTFO my gym lol. Maybe it's the test talking but that sh*t drives me nuts. 2 more weeks until I start my calorie deficit. I'm definetaly enjoying putting up PR's everytime I walk in the gym but I'm ready to start cutting some BF also. Had to make it another quick one today. In and out in an hour. Out of the gym til Sunday,which will be leg day.

  17. Update- decided to go back and look through my logs to see what kind of progress I've made so far in up to my 5th week. Here it is..

    Weight- unknown last time I stepped on the scale was July 20th and I was 225. Which was a 9 pound increase.

    Bench 5 weeks ago my 1RM was 275. Currently benching 275 4-5 reps.
    Squats (biggest improvement)
    5 weeks ago I was repping 185 3-5 times now 10 reps of 185 comes pretty easy. Did 225 6 times on my last set today.
    Leg press added about 75 pounds to my 8 rep sets.

    DL - added 40 pounds to my 5-3-1 sets.

    Added at least 25-30 pounds to all pull downs and rows

    Shoulder press 5 weeks ago I was repping 185 3-5 times. Last week
    I put it up 10 times and then put 195 up 8 times and hit 215 for 2.

    So I'm pretty happy where everything is at right now. Dying to know where my weight is lol. I'm pretty torn on what to do. This cycle started out as a lean bulk/cut. With me thinking that I could eat 3600 clean Cals and Cut BF. Well that obviously didn't happen lol. I've made huge gains and put on good mass but put on a little extra BF even though I've ate super clean the whole time. So I'm torn between continuing to eat 3600 Cals through week 8 since the test is just starting to kick in and cut from week 9-14 or cut after week 6 so that would be week 7-14. Or not even cut at all and just get as beastly as I can lol anyway sorry for the super long post here's my lifts for today.

  20. I know that's what I should do I just don't want to lose all the muscle I built when I cut after my cycle. That's the reason I was thinking about cutting at the end of the cycle since the test will help preserve the muscle. Plus i just feel fluffy now lol I dunno I guess I have a couple weeks to decide either way.

    Nice lifts bro. Had a pr on incline yesterday as well, got 255. Didn't log it though cause I'm a lazy ****.. keep it up bro!
