    Had stuff going on all day today had to wait until 10:45 pm to come smash some legs tonight. Got smart and did cardio BEFORE legs tonight to make sure I got it in before I couldn't walk. Squats felt a little better tonight than they have for a long time. Maybe I should do cardio before everytime now lol

Pretty much living off of grilled chicken, tilapia, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, 96% lean beef, oatmeal, and egg whites. With almonds, natural PB on whole wheat English muffins and fruits for snacks, sorry this was a novel lol

    That's 8 egg whites, 2 turkey sausage patty's and a whole wheat English muffin. 478 Cals, 70 g protein, 7 grams of fat and 30 carbs. Usually have oatmeal instead of the turkey sausage but I had to throw some meat in there today haha. Your breakfast sounds bomb minus the bananna and milk lol I can't drink milk and the smell of bananas make me wanna barf lol I LOVE pancakes though.

    8 egg whites? Jeez I wish I could eat eggs. I hate them. I have found that I can buy 100% egg whites in a box and mix them in my shake which I did this morning forgot to add that. So guess I had about 4 egg whites as well. Plus in the shake I don't taste them along side the Chocolate syrup I add! haha

    Well I wouldn't necessarily say I LIKE eggs lol I feel like I'm pretty much past the point of eating things I like lol. Ever couple hours it's like "sh*t I gotta eat again" haha. I'm about due for a cheat meal though I haven't had one in about a month. I try to only take one a month.
    And glad to have you along for the ride howwedo should start getting interesting in a few weeks until then might be kinda boring.

    Super sets KILLED me today. I hadn't done a superset in years I forgot how much they suck haha.
    Finished with cardio and abs (thought I was gonna die during cardio lol) I must be holding a ton of water or something this morning I woke up at 222.1 ??? I usually wake up around 218 my diet was pretty much the same as its been. A little more sodium yesterday that's all I can think of that would be causing me to hold water? I don't think the bloat from the test would be kicking in yet so who knows. Anyway 4th shot today going left quad.

    Hey bro, why are u pinning your quad now? I thought is was better for same spot because it will get used to it. Also that is a bomb training day great work. Just another day in the office!!!!

    Hey man thanks I appreciate it. Super sets ain't no joke lol. As far as rotating injection sites, There are a few reasons that guys rotate but the biggest one for me is to reduce scar tissue. I'm on a 12 day glute/quad rotation meaning I won't pin the same spot for 12 days. Giving the muscle a little time heal and also reduce risk for infection. That's why guys that pin prop (ED or EOD) use so many sites. Like calfs, bi's, lats, and pecs along with glutes and quads.I've even heard of guys pinning traps! I'm not hardcore enough for that yet do that's why I'm using the 12 day rotation lol. Hope that clears things up a little for you.

    Had an intense shoulder day today. Only had a little over an hour to hit shoulders cardio and abs. Went in and killed it. It might just be the placebo affect but I'm starting to get the "alpha" feeling in the gym. It def. kicks in a little harder every day. Starting to get "the look" in the gym from other people lol. Makes me excited to see what the next 10 weeks holds. Starting my 3rd week tomorrow. 5th pin going back to glutes (thank god I hate pinning quads). Anyway here are my lifts took 45 sec rest on pretty much everything and went right to next lift when last set was down. Only enough recovery time to pick up the db's or load up the bar.

    That sucks man! I actually don't get painful pumps, unless it's in my lower back. And i generally only get those on leg days. The only other pumps I get are the good kind....and I dig the way those feel lol

Holding steady at 222 all week this week not exactly sure why the sudden weight gain but I feel like I'm leaning out a little. I think I'm gonna ditch the scale because I feel
    Like its doing more harm than good. Maybe only weigh my self 1 every 2 weeks or something instead of every morning. Any input?

    My coach had me take the scale out of my bathroom and put in the garage! Told me to add another mirror if I wanted!!!! This was hard to do because considering my goal is 270Lbs.

    Stepped on the scale for the last time until Aug. 20th. Read 225.5 which is about 9 lbs higher than when I started. Not sure where all the weight came from? I've been eating like a horse but it's all clean. Strength is going up fast.

    Had a decent leg day this morning. Nothing too exciting. Haven't looked yet but I think I smashed everything I did last week. Looks like legs are going along with everything else and getting stronger everyday. I think my conditioning is getting a lot better also which is helping with my lifts too.

    Ok all you diet guru's out there I have a question for ya. My wife went to the grocery by herself yesterday and brought home some chicken breast that for whatever reason doesn't have near the calories of what we usually buy does. So in order to hit my Cals for the day I have to have like 520 grams of protein. I've been eating a little over 400. What Should I do? 520 grams of protein is way too much isn't it? And also if I do up my protein that much should I bump my carbs as well? Should I sacrifice the calories? Any help would be appreciated.

    My chest and tri's were on fire after this. But i still didnt want to leave the gym. My son was in the daycare there though and he was def. ready to go lol Finished with a nice 20 minute cardio session of alternating between walking on an incline and jogging on 0 incline every .25 mile. Got my 6th pin tonight. Finishing up week 3 I think things are starting to get a little more interesting now lol kind of an odd question but do you guys shoot really small loads while on cycle lol??? I dont have very much atrophy going on or anything. So i dont think im shut down super hard yet. I have HCG but planned on holding out on it unless absolutely

    Had a long ass post typed up and sent it but it didn't show up so I'll post it again and if it double post my bad....

    "Everybody wants to be a body builder, but don't nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weights" I couldn't get this awesome quote from Ronnie Coleman out of my head all day today at the gym. Not that I'm a body builder by any means but I think everyone that puts in as much time in the gym as we all do can relate. Everybody wants to be jacked but not everyone puts in the work. Anyway just thought id share that. Had a heavy back day today. Hit a PR on dead lifts. 405 might now be a lot of weight to you guys but it is for me lol I just started doing deads a few months ago so I'm pretty pumped up about it.

    Thanks bro I appreciate it. I think I've made a little bit of progress. That 3500 calories a day is finally starting to pay off I think lol. I wanted to step on the scale so bad today but I didn't. Just curious to see where I'm at. I was 216 the day I started.

    Haha dude I hate that arm strap it's seriously so tight it leaves giant red marks. But I can't stand to have my iPod in my pocket.!!

    Update...no gym yesterday or today all rested up to go murder shoulders tomorrow. Really considering adding winny in for my last 6 weeks or just throw in an ECY stack for the last 4. I'm just worried about cutting that close to pct. As far as dropping my Cals down during my cut then eating like a beast again during PCT to solidify gains. Any input?
