  1. Haha yea I knew about it with tren but had never really heard much about it with test let alone in the first week! I can't wait til the test Actually kicks in. Kinda wish i would have added a dbol kicker so i could feel a little difference. Oh well always next time. And im probably just being inpatient. Had an OK shoulder day this morning nothing too special felt really tired all morning.

  6. Yes there is. My stance is shoulder width and I place my left foot forward about 6-10 inches of my right. It allows my stabalizer muscles to not work so hard and in turn allowing me to hit my shoulders harder.

  9. Had an awesome back day today 5x5 deads kicked my Ass hard! Felt great in the gym today. Finally starting to feel stronger. Not from the test but from my diet and rest. My life style has changed drastically in the last few months and I'm finally starting to see the benifits from it. Pumped to say the least. And I'm ALMOST getting used to eating like a horse haha. Had my 3rd pin last night and holy hell quads hurt more than glutes! I was sore within 10 minutes after my wife pinned me last night. Usualy glutes took me about 12 hours to be sore. Anyway here are my lifts since I was going heavier today I really focused on form and squeezing back muscles on every rep. Took much less recovery time also.

  11. Had stuff going on all day today had to wait until 10:45 pm to come smash some legs tonight. Got smart and did cardio BEFORE legs tonight to make sure I got it in before I couldn't walk. Squats felt a little better tonight than they have for a long time. Maybe I should do cardio before everytime now lol

Pretty much living off of grilled chicken, tilapia, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, 96% lean beef, oatmeal, and egg whites. With almonds, natural PB on whole wheat English muffins and fruits for snacks, sorry this was a novel lol

    My morning breakfast consisted of
    1 banana
    1 cup milk
    30 grams whey
    3 pancakes and lots of syrup
    2 table spoons peanut butter

  15. That's 8 egg whites, 2 turkey sausage patty's and a whole wheat English muffin. 478 Cals, 70 g protein, 7 grams of fat and 30 carbs. Usually have oatmeal instead of the turkey sausage but I had to throw some meat in there today haha. Your breakfast sounds bomb minus the bananna and milk lol I can't drink milk and the smell of bananas make me wanna barf lol I LOVE pancakes though.

    8 egg whites? Jeez I wish I could eat eggs. I hate them. I have found that I can buy 100% egg whites in a box and mix them in my shake which I did this morning forgot to add that. So guess I had about 4 egg whites as well. Plus in the shake I don't taste them along side the Chocolate syrup I add! haha

    Well I wouldn't necessarily say I LIKE eggs lol I feel like I'm pretty much past the point of eating things I like lol. Ever couple hours it's like "sh*t I gotta eat again" haha. I'm about due for a cheat meal though I haven't had one in about a month. I try to only take one a month.
    And glad to have you along for the ride howwedo should start getting interesting in a few weeks until then might be kinda boring.

I usually wake up around 218 my diet was pretty much the same as its been. A little more sodium yesterday that's all I can think of that would be causing me to hold water? I don't think the bloat from the test would be kicking in yet so who knows. Anyway 4th shot today going left quad.

    Hey man thanks I appreciate it. Super sets ain't no joke lol. As far as rotating injection sites, There are a few reasons that guys rotate but the biggest one for me is to reduce scar tissue. I'm on a 12 day glute/quad rotation meaning I won't pin the same spot for 12 days. Giving the muscle a little time heal and also reduce risk for infection. That's why guys that pin prop (ED or EOD) use so many sites. Like calfs, bi's, lats, and pecs along with glutes and quads.I've even heard of guys pinning traps! I'm not hardcore enough for that yet do that's why I'm using the 12 day rotation lol. Hope that clears things up a little for you.

  23. Had an intense shoulder day today. Only had a little over an hour to hit shoulders cardio and abs. Went in and killed it. It might just be the placebo affect but I'm starting to get the "alpha" feeling in the gym. It def. kicks in a little harder every day. Starting to get "the look" in the gym from other people lol. Makes me excited to see what the next 10 weeks holds. Starting my 3rd week tomorrow. 5th pin going back to glutes (thank god I hate pinning quads). Anyway here are my lifts took 45 sec rest on pretty much everything and went right to next lift when last set was down. Only enough recovery time to pick up the db's or load up the bar.

    That sucks man! I actually don't get painful pumps, unless it's in my lower back. And i generally only get those on leg days. The only other pumps I get are the good kind....and I dig the way those feel lol

Holding steady at 222 all week this week not exactly sure why the sudden weight gain but I feel like I'm leaning out a little. I think I'm gonna ditch the scale because I feel
    Like its doing more harm than good. Maybe only weigh my self 1 every 2 weeks or something instead of every morning. Any input?

    My coach had me take the scale out of my bathroom and put in the garage! Told me to add another mirror if I wanted!!!! This was hard to do because considering my goal is 270Lbs.

  29. Stepped on the scale for the last time until Aug. 20th. Read 225.5 which is about 9 lbs higher than when I started. Not sure where all the weight came from? I've been eating like a horse but it's all clean. Strength is going up fast.
    Didn't do deads today because I've done them every back day for the last 6 weeks. So that could be where a lot of my strength today came from. Definetly feelin a lot stronger this last week.
