Hit Chest and a little bit of tri's this morning. Felt pretty full in the gym this morning but I think it's probably from all the carbs this weekend. Had cheat meals Saturday and Sunday. Back on the grind today though and will probably be another 2-3 weeks before another cheat day.
*note* I'm starting to get a lot of very small red bumps on my chest. In assuming its just like acne from the test just surprised it took almost 11 weeks to get it. Maybe from the dirty food Saturday? Either way they itch like crazy.
