I didn't take it at all last week because I had some sample stuff from my last order of protein and I'm trying to save my MM to mix with condense ( if it ever gets here been waiting a week and some change but that's a whole diff story) workouts were sh1t without MM got pinned on 335..started MM again 340 easily at that!
