  2. Update-

    30mg Dbol
    10mg Exemestane (liquid)

    Diet- 2800 calories 150g carbs and rest was protein and fats.

    No workout today my body was thrashed from last two days. So 1 rest day and I will do HIIT sprints tomorrow morning and then deadlifts in the afternoon after work.
    I will hit more carbs tomorrow in preparation of the heavy lift session. My target will be 3300-3400 calories with a cardio burn of around 300-500.

    Well I'm bloated... I am at 197. That's 10 lbs from start of cycle lol.

    Workout-
    All of this was done with perfect and I mean PERFECT form...

    Deadlifts-
    225x6
    315x6
    405x1
    435x1
    315x6
    275x10
    225x11
    135x10

    Abs-

    Machine Crunch- 135x20, 135x20, 165x20, 165x20
    Leg Raises- BW x 20,15, 10, 5
    Rope crunches- 160x15, 180x10, 195x5

    My back was thrashed after the deads but my body needed a fast paced, heavy workout to shock it. Workout took just about 50 minutes. The dbol is still making me stronger...

    Tomorrow I pin 300mg and will hit shoulders then legs on Saturday. That will give my CNS a break before legs as well as my lower back.

  12. i finished a 3 week run of androgel, because i'm so vain that since i had a beach vacation i had to be beasting out of my clothes, at least compared to prior the first cycle. i can say today that i am glad that i ran out when i ddi, because i am recovering much faster without even the use of a SERM, though one is very likely once i get home. Key PCT is DAA and after i read a little about soy, i discovered that a dose of the disgusting protein at night (ONLY!!) is good for HGH, based on an obscure source due to heavy alcohol intoxication. I've gained immense weight and my awesome abs are completely covered in beer fat. But i don't have moobs so all is well so far. great job, Dave, I don't exactly know why i posted this on your thang.     As far as the mirror... I look huge, lean and I was at a bar with some buddies and started talking to this girl. She told me I look like a roid monkey.... I said thanks. And I had a job offer at a local club to be a bouncer part time. Its a huge club that's really popular so I'm stoked!

  23. Hell yeah dude, its like getting paid to kick ass lol. The only reason I ever got my job was my fighting background, or those drunken fools would of kicked my ass every time. There was this guy named Brad that we worked with who was definitely on gear, watching the videos of him tossing people out the next morning was always the best. You have to carry someone all the way out of the bar by their belt and just throw them out the doors!

    Fyi, since you know my situation Dave I'll let you in on something. I'm about to head to work...Lol you know what that means!!!

  25. I haven't been able to because I've been that broke, super deep into the negatives but before it causes any real damage I should an paid by then to straighten things out. The job I found is sick though, I just work for this archeologist with my buddies not really doing any real work ha. Also ran into a friend who may be able to get me a job as a doorman at the strip club here.

    Glad I hung in there and weathered the storm, things should be going up from here finally :-)
