So I am done with my 250mg/ML test and am jumping over to my 300mg/ml on my saturday pin. That will bring me up to 600mg everyweek and I might take it to 750 in about 4-5 weeks. I dont know why but the last pin (last night) gave me a brutal PIP whereas the other ones before was painless. I switch needles from drawing to injection so it wasnt that. Oh well not a big deal.
I weighed myself this morining and am 190 (+5) from my starting. I have some minor bloat but am cutting out all my carbs except for right after lifing I will get 100g. I hit a burn session for cardio before work for a total of 550 Calories. After work I will hit the gym for a leg workout!

Along for the ride! A little late is better than never! When you say your cutting all carbs to help with bloating do you mean absolutely none or still using carbs as in fruits and veggies and just cutting heavier carbs like grains

I'm doing carb cycling. On my lift days I will get about 50g an hour before lifting then smash 100-150 after in my dinner. On burn days I will go below 100g for the day. Update-
Not gunna take aromasin today. My joints feel dry so I will skip a day. I have been pounding water so I think low estrogen is the culprit.
Dbol is still making me feel powerful as fock in the gym.
Diet today has 250g Carbs in it and tomorrow I will only hit 100g. Protein is high... not a certain amount but its easily 1.5g per pound. I live on tuna, chicken, steak, tilapia, salmon, and 93% lean hamburger meat.

Ok for the guy who wanted to see my diet.... This is a Morning Workout day usually one of my heavy days. I use a excel spreadsheet program and it helps me generate the diet. I have about 7 different days planned out for different occasions so I can switch it up. I find this allows me to stay on track and plan my "cheats" to be small and not often. If anyone wants the spreadsheet PM me your email and I can send it to you.
