  2. Thanks man. I hope so I am only just past week 2 mark.... 14 more to go and the fun ones start soon!

    So I am done with my 250mg/ML test and am jumping over to my 300mg/ml on my saturday pin. That will bring me up to 600mg everyweek and I might take it to 750 in about 4-5 weeks. I dont know why but the last pin (last night) gave me a brutal PIP whereas the other ones before was painless. I switch needles from drawing to injection so it wasnt that. Oh well not a big deal.

    I weighed myself this morining and am 190 (+5) from my starting. I have some minor bloat but am cutting out all my carbs except for right after lifing I will get 100g. I hit a burn session for cardio before work for a total of 550 Calories. After work I will hit the gym for a leg workout!

    I've been having the worst PIP! My right quad was sore for about 6 days and my right delt for about 4 days going on 5! Focking sucks !!

  5. That's sucks man! I haven't had very bad pip at all and I only use my quads but last night focked me up Haha. I can tell I will be sore for a couple days.

  7. Along for the ride! A little late is better than never! When you say your cutting all carbs to help with bloating do you mean absolutely none or still using carbs as in fruits and veggies and just cutting heavier carbs like grains

    I'm doing carb cycling. On my lift days I will get about 50g an hour before lifting then smash 100-150 after in my dinner. On burn days I will go below 100g for the day. I eat fruits (oranges, bananas) before lifting, and starches after (sweet potatoes, brown rice, protein fortified bread).

    The only thing is I don't count carbs in milk and my protein. I use 2 different types of protein and my post workout has 77g in it. I drink a stupid amount of skim milk Haha.

    I will try to post up a sample diet if you want man.

    Skipped the gym because I gotta be up early. Not really a bad thing I'm pretty sure I need some recovery time anyways.

    Snapped these pics real quick right after dinner. I ate a ton of food so my abs disappeared. I will get better pics soon.

  14. Update-

    Not gunna take aromasin today. My joints feel dry so I will skip a day. I have been pounding water so I think low estrogen is the culprit.

    Dbol is still making me feel powerful as fock in the gym.

    Diet today has 250g Carbs in it and tomorrow I will only hit 100g. Protein is high... not a certain amount but its easily 1.5g per pound. I live on tuna, chicken, steak, tilapia, salmon, and 93% lean hamburger meat.

    Ok for the guy who wanted to see my diet.... This is a Morning Workout day usually one of my heavy days. I use a excel spreadsheet program and it helps me generate the diet. I have about 7 different days planned out for different occasions so I can switch it up. I find this allows me to stay on track and plan my "cheats" to be small and not often. If anyone wants the spreadsheet PM me your email and I can send it to you.

  23. Off day today and tomorrow. I'm going to prolly do cardio tomorrow and today I'm chilling and gunna do some swimming.

    I pinned 300mg Test this morning.
    8mg of aromasin
    Took 20mg dbol this morning
    Liver support

    I don't have any real sides and I have already had people say I look bigger. My veins are getting ridiculous and my strength is going up way faster than my SD run.

    30mg Dbol
    12.5mg Exemestane
    Vitamins
    3g Taurine with breakfast

    No major sides and I feel GREAT! The Testosterone should be kicking in this week. I can tell my libido is up but its kind of hard to tell because the Dbol makes me want to have sex with every girl (almost) hahaha.

    Diet-
    I slacked this weekend. It was lower calories but had more carbs than I should have. Its back on track now. I will be hitting no more than 200g of Carbs everyday for the rest of week with a goal of 300g Protein and use fat to fill the calorie deficit.

    Training-
    Ran 3 Miles in my neighborhood this morning before work. Felt good but around 2.5 miles I started to get a calf pump. Nothing too painful and it didnt slow me down but I could tell.

    I will be hitting Chest and Back tonight.

    Tuesday-
    Bis, Tris, Forearms

    Wednesday-
    Off (cardio)

    Thursday-
    DEADLIFTS!!!! and light shoulders

    Friday-
    Hams, Quads, Calves

    Saturday-
    Chest/Back

    Sunday-
    Bis, Tris and forearms

    *** Cardio will be done everyday with a goal of 500 calories. Burn days will be a target of 500-800 Calories and that will be on a no lift day***
