Hey everyone this is my first prohormone and my first cycle log!
My planned cycle is as following:

Preload:
2 week preload of milk thistle/hawthorn berry
Cycle:
IBE epistane@ 20/30/40/40/50/50

Multi,joint support, taurine, fish oil supplements
PCT:
Nolva@ 30/20/10/10

Erase@ 1/1/3/2/1 (after reading might not include this anymore)

Felt really strong in the gym but got some weird back pains (must of been backpumps) picked up some taurine and took 1500mg of it! any feel that it is weird i got back pumps on my first dose of 10mg?

Appetite is definitely through the roof! Woke up in the morning and was absolutely starving (never happens to me, usually have to force breakfast down) sleeping was kind of weird and i felt very "tight" throughout the night (oohhh rhymed LOLS)

Awesome workout today! My back was completely filled with blood and lat pulldowns felt insane, especially with an added drop set!

Workout: Back/Abs
Bent over BB rows 185x10, 225x10, 255x10, 275x8, 315x6
Lat pulldown 3x10 with drop sets after each set
Parellel grip lat pulldown 4x10
low cable row 3x15
Hanging leg raise 3x25
Cable crunch 4x15

Looking good man I usally prefer clomid for epi but nolva works too. Hit it hard brother

i decided not to include erase because i have read a lot about how it contradicts the purpose of a SERM and will only cause estrogen rebound in the end..i will replace it with lean xtreme to make sure cortisol levels do not get out of control

Why do you prefer clomid over nolva for an epi cycle? this is my first cycle and i have no personal experience so i went with the most popular, which seemed to be nolva! thanks bro! im definitely hitting the gym hard 6 days a week

Honestly i have mixed opinions on preloading and it pretty much just came down to "better safe then sorry" but while i agree with some of your statement, prohormones are still more dangerous to the body than those substances imo. Thats why i decided on preloading hawthorn berry and milk thistle instead of the entire cycle assist since those are really the only two items you need to "preload" to take effect. But honestly the effects of PHs on the body and the amount of difference the support supplements really make is...questionable. I will probably always preload just because i dont want to be sorry in the end.

Felt extremely weird today and had intense lower back pains that honestly scared the shhhh it out of me! took a lot of taurine and my cycle assist a little bit early to try to counteract the "back pumps" and it worked fine. Felt great the next day but honestly thought i was going to be sick at the store where the pain started!

will update but just incase, does anyone have ideas what would happen if i had to stop my cycle after 5 days? do i start pct as normal or was epistane not in my system long enough to make a big difference?

Feeling good today after the scare I had from the other day! Weight is going up in the gym quite dramatically and pumping out more reps is getting easier and easier! Feeling like an animal and i can definitely tell that my muscles are tightening up and im loosing a lot of water weight! veins are becoming pronounced and the pump i got from my chest workout today was incredible...i finally understand that famous Arnold saying :p

Thank you for that info bro! good looking out! i am going to keep the erase in my pct but i was planning on using it for its anti-cortisol as well as controlling my estrogen rebound...should i take 1 pill of erase for the first 3 weeks and then bump it up to 3 pills and taper down to 1 again (read someone on this site from the PES sponsor that 1 pill will help lower cortisol levels but wont suppress estrogen), add in lean xtreme, or just not worry about it and start the erase 3 weeks in?

Sorry for the long wait...i was considering quitting my cycle because of some abnormal feelings/sides but decided to continue on and i am back on track and feeling great thanks to the support of this great website! :) since the last 4 days my diet has been perfect and starting monday i bumped up my doses of epistane to 30mg per day and am really noticing the leaning affects from epistane. I am harder, leaner, more muscular, veins are insane even when im sitting and watching TV, and the pumps i am getting while working out is, for lack of a better word, EXTREME! Loving epistane! i will continue my log from day 10...sorry about the gap

I'd bump up your Taurine doseage... Look at taking ~3-5 Grams for back pumps... Just the average number I've found doing research... I normally take NLT 3G and it seems to help.

I take around 3-5gs of Taurine per day and i haven't experienced any horrible back pumps besides 1 time at walmart. As of right now for the last 2 days i have not even been taking Taurine and have no back pumps whatsoever :)

I read on ur back w/o you were doing bent bb rows with 315?? @ 5'10 which is not short for bodybuilding, 200+ lbs. What kind of form r u using? That would be stout. Repping 315 on deadlifts isn't even a cakewalk. Could u elaborate on this??

Sorry i call them BB rows in my log book but they are actually called "yates rows" the form is looser and more upright then regular BB rows, more like a 120 degree angle instead of a strait 90 degree angle in the back (hands are NOT supinated) i find they work better and the only time i use strict BB rows is when im doing dead stop rows for a change up in routine. My back is my strongest body part and my favorite lol

Epistane is still making me leaner and leaner as the days go by.
Appetite is through the roof and I honestly have to stop myself from eating all my food in one sitting :p
Strength is increasing rapidly and I can do more reps/less time with more weight then I could before cycle
Workouts are getting shorter and more intense (rest times are decreasing every workout)
Adding volume to all my workouts because I am never sore anymore, might try hitting each body part twice a week instead of once
No side effects whatsoever as of right now...might increase to 40mg a day next week instead of staying at 30mg for another week (thoughts/help?)

I could never imagine eating this much before! my appetite is at an all time high for sure. i could honestly eat more then i am right now but being a college student...money is already tight and i spend most of what i have on food lol, especially since i am trying to run my cycle perfectly and get the most out of it

Starting mine next week...went grocery shopping today...meat meat meat eggs and some veg and some rice... Going to try and eat super clean..

You planning on posting any before and after pics?

Nice bro! good luck with your cycle and i hope you reach your goals! haha thats all i eat man, eggs meat fish...i would definitely recommend you add some greek yogurt in your diet (only the plain..i know the taste isn't the greatest) but the bigger jar (i think its a pint) of it yields 92 grams of protein and no fat, which is fantastic for a clean high protein diet!

I have not decided yet but i have the before pictures just incase

Tomorrow marks 2 weeks on cycle and it has definitely been an awesome cycle so far...4 weeks to go! As i feel 2 weeks is long enough to be getting results (i definitely feel like i have) i will post weight, stat increases/decreases, and how much weight i have added to the bar so far!

I do eat greek yogurt...both plain and sometimes I splurge and make coconut my desert yogurt! I think bf/after pics are good for logs because it always solidifies your results.

Huh? This went from everything being awesome to gyno all of a sudden and quitting this log, which has been great thus far. Could u please elaborate on ur symptoms?

dont be nervous man i have no idea what is going on right now...cant decide if its gyno or just something else i have heard of nipples feeling weird on epistane but it wasnt gyno related

The gyno flare up I had felt like there was a marble behind my nipple and it was sore. This happened when I knew little about ph's and pct. I knew what was going on so I read on a thread guys using epi itself to treat it. I could get my hands on it easy so I tried it and it worked. Took about a week to clear up. I've read people who also say they gotten gyno from taking a epi cycle which is strange due to its anti estro ability. But I imagine if one was a younger guy with naturally high test levels, gyno prone and took a hefty dose of epi there might be some on cycle rebound, I don't know. I know several guys that took stane(popped them like tic tacs) with little to no pct and support and none of them had gyno. By the way they kept very little of their gains as well, ha... Hard to say whats going on with you without some bloodwork. Don't think u've got anything to freak out about yet though...

The gyno flare up I had felt like there was a marble behind my nipple and it was sore. This happened when I knew little about ph's and pct. I knew what was going on so I read on a thread guys using epi itself to treat it. I could get my hands on it easy so I tried it and it worked. Took about a week to clear up. I've read people who also say they gotten gyno from taking a epi cycle which is strange due to its anti estro ability. But I imagine if one was a younger guy with naturally high test levels, gyno prone and took a hefty dose of epi there might be some on cycle rebound, I don't know. I knew an idiot who ran Epi for two months straight zero PCT...did it once for two months and once for longer...I sent him the PCT forums man beast created and he disregarded all information... ******* never got gyno and saved most of his gains?...? How, not sure but he did. He was using IBE Epistane.
