Hey everyone I just ordered everything I need to start my first BEASTDROL cycle should have everything by next week, current stats 5'10 160 lbs 9.5% bf, I'm looking to get to 175lbs 7% bf, here's how it's going to look.
weeks 1-4
Beast 20/20/30/30
Forged liver support
Forged joint support
(multi's, fish oil, and some hawthorn berry)
weeks 4-8 (pct)
liquid clomid 70/70/70/70
daa 3mg a day
pes erase (if needed)
Diet I'm going to be shooting for 4500 calories at least, I'm looking to keep around 12-15 lbs off of this so I'm going to be eating like a mad man.
For training I'm running a 6 day split.
Monday-triceps
Tuesday-back
Wednesday-biceps
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Legs
Saturday-Chest
Sunday-Off
Any advice on anything I should add to this or just any advice in general on the stack, go ahead and critique away I still have a week before I start. Thanks everyone!
