1st cycle

i heard some one who were taken there 1st cycle as dbol and test enth, test enth shots 500mg a week split between 2 pins mon and thurs. They were gonna use nolva for 100mg 1st day of pct and 60mg next ten days and 40mg for ten days after that. they asked what would be recommended A.I dosage? is that a good 1st cycle? they were 6"1 175 and 20m years old. what gains and size would they expect?
