    Alright well someone told me about it and i read some logs on it. So I guess ill try it for myself. Just purchased 1-Andro Rx and got it today. Ill be starting my 6 week cycle Monday.

    Week 1 - 3 capsules a day
    Week 2 - 4 capsules
    Week 3 - 6 capsules
    Week 4 - 6 capsules
    Week 5 - 4 capsules
    Week 6 - 3 capsules


    I weigh 156 ish and am looking to put on 10-15 lbs with the cycle.
    Im going to be taking EAS weigh protein about 5 times throughout the day and trying to take in a lot of protein obviously.

    Ill be sure to log what is going on as much as possible.

  3. Alright the big day is tomorrow. I cant wait.

    I just worked out chest and tri's yesterday and maxed out at 190lbs So ill see if this changes and how fast.

    Can anyone reccomen a good PCT?

  4. So far so good.
    I had a really good workout today.
    Bi's, Back and Abs.

    I have been trying to eat alot.

    5:30 AM - 3 scrambled eggs, a protein shake, and a cup of milk
    9:30 AM - 3 boiled eggs, a protein shake, a PB&J, and some peanuts
    12:00 PM - 3 boiled eggs, a protein shake, a deli sandwich, and some peanuts
    3:30 PM - A protein shake and a PB&J
    Then i have 1 more meal after my workout which includes a protein shake too


    Any reccomendations?

  5. Alright, Day 6, no big noticeable gains right now. I maxed 195 on flat bench, it was 190. We'll see if i notice anything next week with i start 4 capsules.

    get some greens in there.. broccoli and spinach imo

    also i like the pb&j included.. underrated idea imo.

    So does anyone know if this is actually considered a pro-hormone?

  9. i got 3 bottles. and yes 60 in each. so far so good.

    No side effects or anything else.

    Still need to know if this is a pro hormone or not. I have been told both and was wondering if anyone knew for sure. Im right around 160 lbs right now. Still trying to eat like crazy and everything else.

    Did some backyard boxing for the first time in my life. heres a short clip id just like to share because its hilarious.

  10. alright starting 6 pills/day tomorrow. no real gains as of yet.
    damn. Could these be fake?

    Also. I need some good inner/upper chest excercises. any help would be great
