Shiftwork and Havoc cycle

First off I would like to say a quick thanks for all the great posts and replies in the AM Forums they have been totally invaluable.


My question goes like this...


I am in a job that does the dreaded Days/Midnights/Afternoons shift rotation.

Looking at doing my first cycle and trying to figure out dose timing as my sleep and workout times drastically change week to week over the course of the month.


looking at doing a Havoc 20/30/30/40 cycle and my work/gym schedule looks like the following


Days
---
Work 7am-3pm
Workout 5-6pm: Mon-chest Tues-back Wed-Legs Thurs Bi's & Tri's
Sleep by 11pm

Midnights
---
Work 11pm-7am
Sleep 7am-3pm
Workout 5-6pm Mon-chest Tues-back Wed-Legs Thurs Bi's & Tri's


Afternoons
---
Work 3pm-11pm
Workout 12pm-1pm Mon-chest Tues-back Wed-Legs Thurs Bi's & Tri's
Sleep 11pm-9am

Weekends are pretty much R7R trying to un-F my messed up sleep patterns.


Any ideas or comments on things tried in the past would be appreciated
