with all these people trying to see how much M1T they could do, i thought that i would see how little i could do. so i will be doing 5 mg ED for 2-4 weeks depending on how i feel the cycle is going. M1T, nothing else except for clomid pct. i am a believer in the smarter not harder concept so i will only be taking 2 and a half mgs twice a day. heres my stats.
bench press 240x5
squats 225x10 (im talking ass to the grass)
i train with a 4 day split but will use these 2 main excercises to measure my strength gains/losses. i will report back later tonight after my shoulder workout to update everyone. wish me luck
