    Alright guys, I'm gonna end this year the right way!

    I finished my last log in July...when I did some damage to my shoulder. Everything is much better now and I think it's about time for me to do a lean bulk to get me ready for the beginning of the new year!

    supps:


    bulk p-slin
    AP
    HemodrauliX

    m-drol: 10-20/20/20 (maybe hit 30 the last week)

    supplies:
    cycle support
    -why: helps with prostate, BP, and protecing the Liver

    DHEA
    -why: lethargy and libido

    sesamin oil and fish oil
    -why: anti inflamatory and will aid with the fat loss

    super cissus RX
    -why: joint/tendon support, plus it helps with inflamation and Cort Control

    Taurine
    -why: for back pumps

    PCT:
    Nolva - 40-20/20/10/10
    relora & ashwagandha for cort control
    bulk divanex
    neovar
    bulk 1-carboxy
    RPM
    current stats:
    height: 5'10"
    weight: 188 pounds
    BF: my guess is around 14%
    age: 29

    goals:
    drop the BF% a couple points and put on a few pounds of LBM

    I've been preloading the MT for about a 1 week now and I'm planning on starting the m-drol on monday Dec 8th!

  9. Sub-a-dub-dub, it's M-Drol that I luv!! ha ha Thanks for the invite brosef. I have 2 suggestions for you.

    Liver Support: I advise you to use some post cycle support for PCT. And I highly recommend that you also take some Alpha Lipoic Acid as well. 400 to 600 mg.

    Lipids: I didn't see you mention this. This is where the most damage from MDrol is occurring. It will sink your HDL numbers into the dangerously low levels. I recommend that you take Policosanol @40 mg. per night. You're already dosing fish oil, so that will help as well. Make sure you take at least 10 grams of fish oil per day.

    Other than these 2 suggestions, I think you have your bases covered very well indeed. I'm here for the whole show!!

    I'll post this weeks workouts so that we can get a baseline of my strength before the cycle.

    I'll be hitting legs tonight and I'll try to list mondays back workout (gotta remember what I did).

    there are also some really good deals on the muscle pharm products...I'm interested in giving bullet proof, Assault, and battle fuel a try when I'm done with this log.

    Squats:
    145 * 10
    185 * 10
    225 * 9
    275 * 4

    leg press:
    315 * 10
    405 * 10
    585 * 6

    Iso Latteral Leg curls on hamer strength:
    70 * 10
    90 * 10
    105 * 6 + 70 * 8

    also threw some calves and core training in there.

    Ate a ton today!
    Nutrition

    breakfast: (400g bulk p-slin 15 minutes before)
    PB and Banana sandwich on WW for breakfast with a ATW shake

    Lunch: (also like breakfast)
    I went home and made 2 pieces of french toast with WW bread and 4 scrambled eggs. half an apple and half a banana.

    mid afternoon snack:
    half a banana, half an apple, 2 scoups ATW protein (50g)

    preworkout: (400g bulk p-slin 15 minutes before)
    PB and banana on WW + 1 scoup ATW protein

    intra workout:
    1 scoup ATW protein

    post workout:
    2 scoups ON Whey + 35g WMS

    dinner: (1 AP 20 minutes before)
    Turkey Chilli :-)
    99% FF Turkey with kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, green peppers, onion, chilli powder...oh and lots of tapatio!!!
