    I know this has been asked before.........BUT...........w e have a pretty potent pre-workout energy matrix hitting the market very soon.

    I want to know how many times per week the average person worksout.

    I will randomly choose one of the voters to recieve a box of the new pre-workout powdered drink!

    Should be back to 4x per week when I finish law school.

    Exactly the same here. I do a heavy cardio day on one and tack on a light cardio at the end of each lifting day. Rest days mean TOTAL rest.


    How long is this poll gonna go for?

  7. 4 or 5 depending on my goals and routine used.

    would you take a pre-workout energy increaser pre-cardio? or just pre-workout?

    I think that depends on price. I find if a workout mix is fairly cheap and effective, Ill use it even when I do cardio.

  12. I personally dread cardio so something to employ energy to get me up and going to the gym on a cardio only day would still be used.

  13. 4 days lifting, sometimes add some extra grip work in at the weekend

  14. 3x a week.

  15. 4 days... anything over would be over training.

    I can't wait until AX's new products come out!

  20. 4 days a week not counting cardio. I usually play Basketball 3 days a week on top of 2 cardio days.

  25. Usually 4. I dont take PreWO stuff on cardio days because i dont want assistance in it, i like the struggle.haha.

    I do 15-20 minutes after 2-3 lifting days though also since im on a little cut/recomp.

  27. 5 days a week for the past 2 years, only a 2 month break from being sick and maybe a day or 2 break here or there otherwise....but rarely

    so i guess you could say 6-7 days a week

  29. i had some great results off 3 days a week on MAX-OT. I think something like this pre-workout mix would make those kind of days even more crazy!
