WHAT UP EVERYONE!!!!

We are giving away 5 bottles of the brand new Intraworkout product, and We want YOU to find your perfect SWOLEMATE.

Introducting Iforce Nutrition Swolemate. The PERFECT intra workout supplement for the hardcore trainer.SwoleMate packs everything you’d want in a BCAA supplement, plus a host of other ingredients well documented to improve all aspects of your performance.

See what Vaughn True has to say about the awesomeness of SwoleMate:

SwoleMate was designed to offset the widespread and unethical underdosing of active ingredient so often found in the intra-workout category. Each ingredient was included to mimic clinical studies showing direct benefits, in an effort to provide users with actual gains, and not just marketing promises. While the formula may appear to be ‘simple’, SwoleMate provides more BCAAs than the competition, along with proven ergogenic training aids, all while staying at the same price point!

SwoleMate is also the first intra-workout product to not only focus on traditional aspects of training like increased endurance and muscle recovery, but to also provide efficacious doses of key ingredients to positively influence hormones like testosterone. This makes SwoleMate not only the most effectively dosed intra-workout, but the best training partner anyone can hope for.” — VaughnTrue

One of my favorite workouts was a video shoot I did with marc Lobliner after he competed in the Beverly show.
You can see the full video here.

Would love to post up an honest review of an Iforce product that has a lot of praise and good feedback ATM. I know this product is simple with BCAA's and extra goodies. I want to see how Swolemate stacks up against the Xtend's and other popular intra-workout products that are on the market.

This was a chest and shoulders I performed yesterday as an example

DB Bench Press:
110’s x 6 (4 Sets)
Cable Crossover:
20 (Each Hand) x 15
25(Each Hand) x 12
30 (Each Hand) x 10
35 (Each Hand) x 8
Hammer Strength Paused Shoulder press:
100 Each Hand x 6 (4 Sets)
EZ Bar Upright rows;
25/Side x 8 (4 Sets)
Machine laterals:
50 x 15, 60 x 12, 70 x 10, 75 x 8
Cable crosses for rear delts:
10 x 15, 10 x 12, 15 x 10, 15 x 8
Machine crunches with pin loaded weight
100 x 12 (4 Sets)

When it comes to workouts, I like the basics. I am extremely strapped for time with my job, wife, 2 kids + one on the way. :) I gotta find what is the most effective way for me to accomplish my goals in the shortest amount of time without sacrificing quality.

I try to keep all of my workouts built around Big Movements.....

Monday:
Seated DB Press 3/6-8
Flat BB Bench 3/5
DB Lateral Raises 3/8
Tricep Rope PDs 2/10

Tuesday:
T-Bar Rows 4/6-8
Pull Up 3/failure
BB Cable Curls 4/6-8

Thursday:
Squats 3/5
Leg Extensions 3/21s (7toes pointed in/7neutral/7toes pointed out)
Leg Press 3/10

Friday:
Deadlifts 3/5
Cheat Shrugs 3/6-8
Weighted Neck Raises 3/10
Reverse Weighted Neck Raises 3/10

This program has seemed to work well for me for the last couple of months, but I recently developed anxiety that tends to work against the grain for me. It's weird because I am never worried about much, but something triggered it and it is like a constant chest and upper back pressure/discomfort/tension. I originally thought something was wrong with my heart but the EKG and Ultrasound came back healthy! The other downside is that it also makes me more fatigued than I used to be which works heavily against my energy levels and ability to recover.

Would love to see how this one stacks up against the competitors as I am currently a big fan of Xtend. :)

Lemon Drop Hemavol = best lemon flavored product on the market. Takes me by no surprise (and I am team anti lemon)

Iforce team - flavor ranking?
I've heard the Lemon is fantastic

Rocket Pop is great but not as good as Rocket Pop Meso

The Snowcone flavor is different. Not bad but different

Lemon is good initially, but tends to develop a bitter taste as the workout goes on.

Of the three swolemate flavors snowcone is where it's at.

I wish they would have ported Lemon Drop Hemavol flavoring over...sigh...

Alrighty well, looks like I hit post count . Consequently, throwing my name in here!

Fave workout in terms of results and progression has to be HST with a little added volume.

Full body, working big--> small (AKA biceps first and legs last) 3x per week. Rep scheme is periodized: 2weeks at 15, 10, and 5.

I do 2-3 sets of each with the corresponding rep scheme.

Barbell Back Squat
Barbell SLDL
Standing Calf Raise
Incline Bench
Cable Fly
Bent over row
Weighted pull-ups
OHP
Lateral Raise
PJR pullover
EZ curl

Best leg progression I've seen from a program. Not to mention the pumped feeling throughout the week.

In the process of cutting and having a swolemate to count on to help me preserve muscle mass is like MasterCard, priceless. Would love to see and share how swolemate treats me!

Seriously serious label on that. The D3, Magnesium to Zinc Ration is perfect, The 3.5g of Leucine! (LOVE IT)
The B12, etc. Just so much goodness inside that tub and it's a perfect intra-workout or even intra meal just for the Leucine to pulse it and give you some of that extra MPS.

Good golly miss Molly! lol.
Well done.

Oh heyyyy, Didn't realize what this thread was about! hahah. I dug up this from one of my journal entries. It was a great routine.
It's one of a 3 on 1 off routine.

Chest / Arms

Flat Bench
1x10 warmup @175
1x8 @ 195
1x8 @ 195
1x6 @ 195
1x8 @ 175

Incline Bench
1x10 @ 125
1x8 @ 125
1x8 @ 125
1x6 @ 125
1x10 @ 125

Felt like I could keep on going. But that would disappoint my other muscles.

Flat Dumbbell Fly +
1x10 @85
1x10 @85
1x8 @85

Dips (super with curls)*
3 @ 10,10,8 reps

Straight Bar Curls *superset w dips
1x8 @60
1x8 @50
1x8 @50 reverse grip **swc

Dumbbell Curls (hammers)
1x8 25's (30 sec rest all)
1x8 20's
1x10 15's

Tricep Press Down 20 sec rest.
1x14 @ 80
1x10 @ 110
1x10 @ 80

Favorite workout is definitely back and bis.
I love to start off with about 8-10 reps x 3 sets of wide grip pull ups to warm up and then I'll do 4 sets of 8-12 reps of seated rows and then same set up with different grips on t bar rows, then I'll move to standing hammer curls for 3-4 sets of 8 and barbell curls with the same set/rep count. Finish it off with some close grip and overhead curls on the cables. Definitely need something to help me keep going being that none of my workouts are short by any means lol.

Always down to try and log any new products to find good companies with even better products
