Goal is to put on more leanwhile increasing strength. This iS obviously everyone's goal haha. Really want to make the back wider and thicker though.

Goal: 200 lbs at 12% bf or 205 @ 13. Currently 198 @ 14.5. Prime & C20 should help with some lean beef!

How do you guys get your bf%? Do you go to the doctor? I'm interested to see what mine is.
a decntsclae does an ok job but will fluctuate based on how much water you are holding at that time so I would suggest when you take ur bf write down how much water uve taken in the few days prior and any extra carbs or sodium u may have had due to holding more water.....mre hydration usually equals a lower bf reading
