my goal is to succeed and make my family proud of me in college. Working out goal is to weigh 185 pounds by April 2013. currently 178.
My number one goal for the new year is to become a little more financially stable so me and my girlfriend can move out comfortably and not stress about money issues! I hate having to stretch every last dollar. Wish me luck.
It is hard to summarize/pick one thing. Life is always about getting better,learning from mistakes and trying best not to duplicate them
For me it is to continue to be a better father/husband, progress in my career and continue to sculpt and mold my body to where I want it to be.It has been a few years since I last competed and I want to do one last show before my body goes to crap.
Corny answer but this is the truth.
My #1 goal is to get back in the 220-225lbs range and reach bf% under 12%
I have several goals for 2013:
1) kick a$$ through my PCT starting today (which includes !)
2) continue to increase my strength through the year and exceed 300lb bench and 400lb squat by this time next year
3) get ready to welcome my second child in August!

In 2012 I lost Approx 2 lbs of bodyfat, but gained almost 15 lbs of LBM. (220@23% to 233@21%). My goal for 2013 is to LOSE 15lbs of fat and GAIN 5 lbs of muscle. That would put me about 225 lbs and less than 15% bodyfat which is my primary fitness goal.
2013 Goal is a natty 1400+ lb total.
Is what I'm shooting for. Raw, of course.

My 2013 strength and physical goal is to break PR's and revolutionize my physique. I'm 5'10 & I weigh 160-lbs (lean with good endurance) but I want to add muscle mass. I currently do some competitive running and am immersed in crossfit but find it very difficult to add strength and mass. I think these supplements could help immensely.
My goal, after seeing so many of my family and friends turn obese and unhealthy, is to be fit, trim and one of the oldest (now 52) heavy lifters on this board by breaking my 250 lb bench plateau and move to 275!!!
