1,3 dimethylamylamine – this extract from geraniums is a good stimulant that will help you feel great for hours. It helps pack the energy punch in Rezolution.

Training experience - High school Gymnast, Training for the past 4 years with cardio/weights. She has recently been under heavy workload with grad school and work. She's really looking forward to using the new year as motivation to get back into shape.

Training schedule / Routine - 4-5 days a week of 30-60 minutes of cardio. Weight training 3-4 days a week, usually complexes.

Diet/Break down - For the log: 40p/40c/20f. between 1200-1500 (resting metabolic rate around 1200)
