Tester Requirements:
Please be as specific as possible on your testing information:
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have weight lifting & endurance sport experience and actively doing some aerobic activity.
• Must be able to start logs immediately upon receiving the product and update them at least 5 days per week. Must be willing to adhere to MST's dosing suggestions.
• Can not be allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Must detail your workout routine and any sport or endurance activity you partake in on a regular basis. (Power lifting, bodybuilding, track and field, martial arts, baseball, football, climbing, cycling, running, biking etc.)
MUST post before/after pictures and measurements.

I cannot believe this thread is not overflowing with applications yet! Cre-02, without question, ranks among the best creatine products currently available. I enjoyed everyday I used and logged it. Truly amazing! And Carnage? By far one of the most attractive value-for-money beta-alanine products around. Awesome quality! I always have a minimum of one full bottle of Carnage around. Stacking the two will make for truly impressive results! And, if you have Citruvol to add to that stack? Well, your guess is as good as mine! :)

Bi Ez curl bar start 20 reps
Bi curl bar close grip 20reps

Behind the head tri 20 reps
Closed pushups or dips 20reps

Drop set -Bi ez curl as many you can until the bar has no more plates
Tri with bar unloaded 20reps then start to load bar back up until you cannot do no more or your bar is back to what you had for you first set!!!

4 sets of this then go and cry! Everything above is on set

11:30 lunch could be- 2 Chicken breast 1.5lb Steak, 2Turkey sandwitch, pasta, protein soups, beans or tuna- always with 2 cups of Vegs potatos, brown rice and some fruit it depends on what I have cook for dinner the night before

On monday tuesday and thursday I work unitl 3 so @ 2pm I will eat i serving of oat meal with 2 % milk also I will drink combat 2 hours before bed

Wed and Fri in the gym @ 3pm-4:15pm
@ 430ish I will drink Combat with 2% of milk

Sat and sunday Gym time 11:am -12:15ish
12:45 combat

Dinner @ 6:00 pm dinner could (see 11:30 time for food)

Friday is allways pasta day with some kinda of chicken

I all ways have a 1 gallon jug of water with me at all times!

• Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case) : I have always lacked in the cardio/endurance department. I love Judo, but my cardio is always holding me back. I have been wanting to try MST's cordyceps based products for some time now (great feedback) - I have read Poison's MST logs (he also practices Judo) and it really peaked my interest in the products (especially CreO2). Also, I am new to DC training and the rest-pause sets really push my muscular endurance/lactic acid threshold, so a little help in that department wouldn't hurt either. I am an unbiased logger and I give honest feedback.
