This confirms muscle mass build up during the study while skin fold decrease took place.

Divanil? - What else is beneficial in TestoPRO?? Thanks for asking. Not only does TestoPRO? contain one ingredient suggested to raise free testosterone, but it contains two. The other one is Divanil?, a compound also suggested to raise free testosterone. By using Divanil?, we are able to dramatically increase the levels of free testosterone in the body. I started lifting in high school for basketball and I hated it. During my second year of college I just started lifting everyday and I just could not stop. In the past I have trained DC style, EDT, pyramid schemes, and other various styles.

Now I am trying to bring my stick legs up and hitting squats as much as I can, everything else is trained once every three days switching lifts and rep range from medium to low.

I started lifting in my first year of college and I loved it. During my second year of college I just started lifting everyday and I just could not stop. In the past I have done various styles of training but, mainly sticking to the high-intensity, low volume, going to failure approach.

Current Training Schedule:

Now I am trying train sensible as much as I can, everything else is set to more of a rehabilitation/increasing muscle size and mass type of phase. I had tricep tendon reattachment surgery and have been slowly progressing in rebuilding my body. Currently my training consists of staying as lean as possible with cardio 4 tx a week and whole body workouts twice of week with rep ranges from medium to high.

I have tried different styles of training but my favorite thus far is the Dorian Yates style focusing on negatives. I am somewhat using that style currently. I would like to be chosen because i was going to get some stoked but would be willing to try this first. I have not been on any supps for about 4+ weeks.

I am at school so i stay on a solid schedule of M T W Thur F and sometimes Sat & Sun. I eat the best i can and space it out with a few hours between each feed. I dont over eat but enough to be comfotable. I use a basic split of 2 body parts per day with about 10-15min cardio pre or post workout.

Started with the BFS program in high school then moved to a high volume style training my freshman and sophomore year of college. In 07 I started on DC training and moved up from the 185 I had been at for 3 years to about 210. Not all of it was muscle but I did get a lot stronger as I went. Due to changing jobs, recovery and time issues I changed to a push/pull/legs split for a few months while I was working construction. After hurting my back last summer and not being able to afford a gym membership I started training at the university gym (lots of new equipment but no squat rack and we weren't allowed to do deads either) where I just did what I could and didn't use any set program. Mainly moderate volume with an increased frequency. At on point I used a double split with was kinda crazy lol. During that time though I was very inconsistent and didn't make a lot of progress. Started back in a real gym in February and shortly thereafter I started on Wendlers 5/3/1 program which I still currently on and am making very consistent gains each cycle.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

I'm training 3x per week with a 4 day lifting rotation. It looks like this-

Monday- Military Press
Wednesday- Deads
Friday- Bench
Monday- Squats
Wednesday- Start over with Military Press

I'm following all the %'s of the 5/3/1 but my assistance work varies each week. For now I'm really bring up the size and strength of my upper back. Once I have it up to par I'll focus on a different weakness.

I may possibly have a new training partner starting this next week so I might have to change to lifting Monday/Tuesday/Thursday but the exercise rotation will still be the same. I'm also starting to incorporate the DC extreme stretching into my lifting days.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Hill sprints 1-2 times per week. Lots of jump rope and some sled pulling/pushing when I get the chance. I do throw in some low intensity cardio in the mornings here and there but it's not consistent from week to week. The most accurate way to describe my current cardio schedule is 2-3 days per week HIIT cardio/conditioning along with ab work. Some days it will just be sprinting/sled work on an off day and sometimes I jump rope after I get done training.

My diet is extremely general at this point. I'm taking in approximately 350g protein each day. Carbs are about 150 on training days, with fats at about 40g. On off days or conditioning days carbs are anywhere from 50-75g and fats are at about 50-60g.

1+ gallons/day

Short Term Goal:

Drop my weight to the 200-210 range while increasing my level of conditioning and strength.

Long Term Goal:

I'm shooting for either a bodybuilding contest of powerlifting contest next spring.

Mainly just protein and creatine. I've used NO Explode, NO Shotgun, and Superpump in the past but never for more then a month or two. I did use experiment with some higher doses of BCAA while trying to cut weight in the past but it didn't work well for a couple different reasons.
