I swear, I'm about to go on a big mac diet. I've been eating surplus cals, and doing at least 1 gram of protein/lb of body weight/day and I'm about the same weight as when I started. :
Granted, I've put some size on my arms. But for what I've put in , I really should have gained some weight by now.
