I went from a depleted 184 to 192 in about 2 days of bulking... I've been incredibly clean bulking and am only consuming about 3400 cals. Should I be worried? Doubt I gained much fat, even if my face and stomach filled out with excess water weight.
Not sure... Was running Bobo's diet and took in fairly high amount of carbs. I guess I was just dieting rather long and so I had lost so much water weight. I'm still fairly fat at about 15%, but that's way below my setpoint. I **** you not.
