Here's my current meal plan after finishing a 28 week cut with Bobo. Final weight was 167. I'm easing my calories back up. Weight as of this Sunday (2 weeks later) was 187. I take 2 amino acid tabs before each meal. Critique it and tear it apart.

9 am
12 egg whites
80g oats
Water

52 P/58 C/6 F/500 Cal

12 pm
12oz chicken breast
80g oats or wheat bagel
veggies
water

90 P/55 C/6.5 F/ 645 Cal

3 pm

8oz lean ground turkey/beef, or steak
40g oats
veggies
water

54 P/29.5 C/7 F/ 395 Cals

6 pm (Pre w/o)

2 scoops ON 100%whey
80g oats
water

58 p/60 C/8 F/540 Cal

8 pm (Post w/o)

Same as 6pm

10pm

6oz Tilapia or 1.5 scoops ON Casein
Big salad w/ FF Ranch

i would only take one scoop of protein b4 workout and I would be shitting up a storm if i ate all those oats. looks like a solid start to bulking up.

maybe some sweet potatos or brown rice for variety?
Just in case you get bored with the oats that is.
