Is there a solid app out there for keeping track of my everyday diet. There's a lot if you search and too many of them are a hassle. Thanks

My Fitness Pal. Simple to use and fairly comprehensive as far as foods/recipes available to choose from or you can add your own.

I use Cals & Macros by DesignByVH on android. So easy to use, add foods with protein, carbs, fat, calories. It gives you targets per day as well depending on your goal. I've been using it since Jan. to lean out.

Myfitness Pal for sure. If you have your food labels on hand, I would suggest adding them in yourself versus going off the database. Some of the foods on the database are inaccurate, due to typing errors, or are not usually by weight. Rice might be by volume, a quarter cup, versus the serving in grams.
