    Protein shake once before workout and one right after? What do you think? How many shakes a day for bulking and adding muscle?

  2. 1 when I wake up, 1 mid day, 1 about bed time. 1 hour b4 Werk out. 1 right after. 1 use 2 scoops each to get 50gm a shake.
    That's like 5 shakes x 50gm
    U can never get enought. Just don't replace meals with shakes, supplement them

  3. Pretty much what murk posted. I have one in the AM one pre workout one post workout and one b4 bed. Breakfast is eggs Lunch is chicken breast and dinner is steak or chicken.

  4. The minimum required to meet your daily protein goals. I stick to post workout and fill the rest of my needs with quality food.

  5. I just do one post workout (I work out fasted at 5am) and one right before bed. Everything else is just food. Everybody does it differently, concentrate on hitting macros and if you have to do 5 shakes/day do it, if you only want one, do that.
