Core compound lift frequency for bulking

Like most guys here, I am going to try and bulk during fall and winter. I have the diet dialed in and know I gotta start eating more. I am looking for opinions on the actual lifting frequency.

I will be going heavy (6 sets of 6) on mostly compound lifts as follows
Dead lifts
Squats
Bench (incline and flat)
Bent over rows

How many recovery days do you suggest between these? How would you break up the sqauts and deads - same day? Spaced apart? What?

Any other good mass gaining lifts?

Also, would you stop cardio all together during the bulk phase?

Any help you guys could provide would be great. Thanks.

I do two heavy compound lifts on Monday (bench/squat)
one on Wednesday (DL)
one on Friday (bent over row)

I never put squats and dls in the same day. If you give your all on one, you're crap on the other.

I typically have 3-4 compound movements per lifting day: 1 lower body, 1 upper body push, and one upper body pull, with a couple accessory movements. For example, squats, weighted dips, and bb rows one day; deads, military press, and weighted chins the next.

Don't forget cleans, clean pulls, push press, dips, chins, pullovers, front squats, split squats and snatches.

I do a squat + deadlift day twice per week, with a heavy emphasis on one each day.

Tuesday - Squats & Deads (Squat emphasis)

Sat - Squats & Deads (Deads emphasis)
