Got on scale today 234 lbs. and I haven't been eating cheat meals. All clean.
I count only one side where I put the weight so if I say 2 plates that means its 2 plates on each side making it 4 plates or 225 if it were on a barbell.
Nautilus Incline calve press 4 plates + 10=8x
(Dante's Pre-contest Calve training and after a year calve training)
Nautilus Incline Sumo Press 45+35=15x
Nautilus Incline Zane press(feet low and close together) 3 plates =13 x's. 3 plates +25= 8-12(I forget its in my log book)
