I gotta question, compared to some bar's i eat occasionally like the zero impact. It's about 500 calories. So what should i do with supercarb? Have some WMS and 2 scoops of Supercarb?

Thats what I'd like to do with it. Most of the meal replacements have maltodextrin or other crap. I use lean mass matrix and core mrp wich both use oats and barley. Lean mass matrix is crazy expensive for the amount I use though. I'd like to know if protein powder with supercarb would be a good replacement. I like to get 60gs of carbs per meal. I can actually use less because I can get some carbs from fruit.

I don't always mix fats and carbs, so if I were making a meal replacement, I think I'd use SuperCarb and Ultra Peptide(1.0) together. If you wanted to add fats to it, you could throw in some peanut butter or SesaLean(like FED will have).

SuperCarb tastes just like a less-sweet version of sugar and mixes/feels the same as sugar. It definitely works well with protein powders.

Great suggestions here, mandaloria. If you're doing a meal replacement, throw in some SesaLean and/or peanut butter to cover your fat until FED comes out.

If you're doing as part of a pre-workout drink, add a serving of SyntheSIZE (until Dominate and MANA come out) and some WMS. For post-workout, repeat.

Well, it's not a stimulant, so it's not going to "give you energy", so to speak, like caffeine will.

But it will provide your muscles with a nice, steady stream of glucose to help keep you going. It's the perfect carb to carb load with.

I can officially confirm that the new SyntheSIZE both smells AND tastes better than the beta. The flavor kinda reminds me of orange Tic-Tacs.

Nice work, guys!

What is the difference between WMS and Supercarb?

What are their respective uses?

WMS is absorbed much faster than SuperCarb, so you would probably want to use it mainly post workout(or possibly pre workout as well).

SuperCarb is a very low glycemic carbohydrate that's absorbed at a slower, steady rate. It would be better any time you want a slow digesting CHO like preworkout or in a meal replacement.

I think it would be wise to do some kind of blend of the two, like say, 50/50 WMS/SuperCarb for pre and post workout.

That way, you get the benefits of a fast digesting carb along with the benefits of a slower digesting carb, for much better recovery.

Thats a pretty good idea. I currently use oats pre/post workout with a combination of WMS. So far supercarb has been a blessing for me as I no longer need to eat oats 800 times/day!

I have been using it in mid morning and mid afternoon shakes. It makes my regular strawberry whey + EVOO + Supercarb taste great. My afternoon shake consists of Muscle Milk and Supercarb and its a bit sweet for my tastes. Fwiw I am on an all out bulk so thats my excuse for the muscle milk

Overall its definitely something that could become a staple.
