    It's BIG, you guys all know me. Let's get this poppin.

    I'm going to see how this stuff compares to some of my favorites. Just finishing up a tub of N2KTS. Here is a list of my top 3 favorite preworkouts.


    1)White Flood (Underrated)
    2)ASGT
    3)Jack3d

    On arm days I use a combo of Jack3d and 100mg of Viagra....this is my most favorite Preworkout combination.

    Training split goes like this:

    Mon-Chest and Tri's
    Tues-Cardio/Abs
    Wed-Back and Bi's
    Thurs-Shoulders
    Fri-Legs
    Sat-Full body workout....I take 2 full off days every 2 weeks.

    On Tuesday I do 8 miles cardio and full core workout with pushups and pullups in between throughout the day. Cardio every day at 4 miles.

    I will test LITup in the following categories:

    -Mental Focus
    -Endurance
    -Pump
    -Vascularity
    -Energy

    I know this has DAA in it....don't know the exact dose but I will report if I notice any test increasing side effects.

    Macros and Cal fall between 3-6k depending on my activity, I do alot of training with specialty spec ops training units sometimes. Mainly listen to my body, watch the mirror and use calipers. Recomping right now after a nice 4 month bulk.

    First day

    CHEST

    Don't know if you guys want numbers or mainly how I feel. Today's workout was a really good one. Taste of LITup is amazing...felt effects within 30 minutes or so. Had an itch to go to the gym, went in and went to work.

    Did flat bench, incline, skullcrushers, tricep pushdowns, decline bench and some other small tricep exercises like dips and stuff. Pump was def nice, felt nice and full. Vascularity was ALMOST like Jack3d and Viagra...which to me is amazing since nothing can touch this. Endurance was off the chain, added a couple of sets for major exercises and did a full 30 minute cardio run for 4.3 miles. So far this stuff is pretty good, more than I expected. We will see what tomorrow holds.

    I did chest today simply because I was super tired yesterday from a business trip I had this past weekend. Been super busy, but should be getting back into the swing of things since I'll be home more.

    My sweet spot is 1 1/2 scoops. Solid focus and energy with a nice pump. It also should get better with continued use.

    2 scoops contains a full clinical dose of DAA (3 grams) - so 1 scoop would be 1.5g

    Here is a little pic from last night 2 hours AFTER working out...

    Today was cardio and I decided to do back and bi's...but could not dose LITup prior due to my schedule. Will dose later if I decide to do my night cardio and will report back.

    Mood is improved since first dose but i feel sluggish...probably mental. I'm sore as heck today after yesterdays awesome workout

    Went out for a run last night, 6 miles or so after dosing 1.5 scoops 30 min prior...endurance was SICK!!! I didn't want to stop. Still went to bed at 1030 and woke up very refreshed.

    2 scoops last night, shoulders/legs. Can you say AWESOME. Added a set here and there on shoulders, delta were straight ripped! Legs were pumped and vascular, not overly pumped as with other preworkouts.

    I've noticed a little anxiety with the 2 scoop dose, but it isn't too bad. Workouts have been pretty good seeing as my workout partner hasn't been around...should get better soon since my home gym is almost complete

    Yesterday was a rest day, still took my 2 scoop dose for the DAA.

    Chest and triceps today, going to f*cking kill it!!!!!!!!!!!

    Chest and tris were off the chain. Pumps from the products are nice and are greatly enhanced at the two scoop dosing. My tris were pumped to the gills and vascularity is off the chain. I was walkin around the gym looking like a gorilla. I attempted a PR of 405 on flat bit never happened. Mostly stuck in the 315/365 range with an added half set at 385 (old PR).

    Again...no crash, jitters....just focused and ready with to s of endurance. Also noticing more sweating and facial acne so we know the DAA is doing it's thing

    Bi's and back!!!!

    As stated earlier pump is nice. It's a super hard, full body vascular type. Almost like a Viagra pre workout type but not quite there. Was seen and told I was looking "beastly" today....love comments like that. Finished off workout with 57 straight pullups and 23 min cardio.

    LITup is awesome. Tries at 3 scoops yesterday for shoulder and legs and had epic sets. Squatted 475 instead of 425 because I wasn't paying attention. Legs were hard...not pumped and workouts were intense. I definitely sweat Alot since I've been taking this...shoulders were epic, added 6 reps and a full extra set with extra weight. 440 on leg press after Squats with ease and then a quick 2 mile run at 12 min and change.


    No crash, mood is awesome!!! This is def creeping up my list as my face pre workout. Mood enhancement most noticeable on 3 scoop dosage, pumps were rocked hard and endurance is killing it.

    Nice chest and tri workout on 1.5 scoops, this looks like my sweet spot for now. Nothing spectacular, kept it around 275-315 for flat and incline and skull crushed about 90. Made me feel great, mild euphoria...really glad I had my LIT up. Will update later about workout. No cardio, but will do about 5 miles later.

    Had a kick ass Back and Biceps workout today....virus is almost totally on it's way out.

    Added a set of deadlifts for a total of 4, ending at 500 lbs. Biceps added reps.

    LITup kicks butt. My new Preworkout.

    Finished with 42 pullups, alternating grips...all suspended in the air...non stop

    LITup def is doing it's thing upping test, more acne. Had to buy a new cleanser . Longer lasting energy has been noted over continued use and food intake doesn't seem to affect it.

    I've been using it on my days for a pick me up and it's doing it's thing.

    Me def likey. I haven't PRed but weight has been slowly been going up on all lifts and def with reps and sets. I just wanna keep going ( that's what she said).
